Great location!

The Mercure Zentrum offers spacious, well-kept, comfortable lodging jn what could just be the best lkocation in town. It's close to everything (including two S-Bahn stations) and the highly competent staff is friendly and helpful (There's also a really great bakery/restaurant juist across the street, as well as an in-house breakfast buffet.) Parking is available but I did not need it. Great place to stay in Schoneberg.

I'd call this a small budget plus hotel. Breakfast was great, staff very pleasant and just generally neat and tidy. Only lacking is a bar in the evening.

Safe clean comfortable place to sleep

Nice lodging close to public transportation, friendly reception staff. Elevator is a bit slow though. Room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are very clean & comfortable. The receptionist is friendly. My daughter and I stayed overnight. Unfortunately it was very difficult for me to find the location, next I will just stay at the Mercure Wittenbergplatz because it is only 100 meters from the Wittenbergplatz U-bahn.

Should have told me about the lift maintenance.

I was quite disappointed to find out on arrival that the lift was out of order due to planned maintenance. Not a mention of this whilst booking or on any of the pages. To add to this I was given a room on the 5th floor and told no other floors available. Ridiculous.

Great value

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. It has a great location and reasonably priced. Two small complaints; if you get the option go for the deluxe room it is nearly twice the size for a few dollars more. The heating controls work but are complicated and only in German.

Harassed to check out 1hr before check out time

The location is great for my needs. The first day did not clean the room having left the room at 12. But the check out day was being harassed by the cleaner and receptionist for check out at 11 when the booking clearly said 12. The cleaner even csme into the room without knocking the 2nd time having the do not disturb sign outside and knowing i was stiill inside.

Good location- ok standard

The location is perfect. The hotel is a bit outdated but still ok. Wouldn't rate it with 3 stars. The receptionist was very nice. The pillows are to thin. No warm water the second day of the stay.

I give this property an average rating. It had everything I needed and the price is fair for what I got. Very bare bones service. They are still doing the whole we dont clean your room every day because of Covid thing, which I find irritating. That’s the trend now, I guess.
