Nice and friendly staff. We stayed 3 nights with our dog and all was great. The room was clean and they also storaged our bag after check out. The shower had a small leak on the seal but no major issues. We will stay again when back to Berlin.

No complains at all. Most important it was clean. Rooms are nice and kept clean. Bed comfortable and shower and restroom are nice. I stayed 9 days and would rebook for a next trip without a doubt. 30 seconds from major metro station and buses and sits right at the edge of one of the main shopping streets in Berlin. Plenty of restaurants when you step out of the hotel. Great value. Room size decent for 2 people.

Great location for shopping and in front of the U Bahn so easy to get around. Only fault I noticed was there is no vending machine for drinks/snacks should you get peckish in the wee hours....but wouldn't let this put me off staying there again as hotel is wonderful.
