From the moment we arrived we were impressed with this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from our check-in and everyone we interactived with from the team and restaurant were great. The room was small but had great amenities and layout. The shower means you perhaps share with someone your close to due to the glass but all the other features were well designed and made the room very comfortable. The addition of a few free minibar drinks was also a bonus. Lastly the 12pm checkout and the bag storage made this stay incredibly relaxing and the location near the railway and Holzmarkt made it very convient.

Clean room, nice amenities, great service, all the staff was super nice. Wifi great. Every morning I would get my coffee at the lobby and run out to my meetings. The breakfast buffet was good too (I only had it one day). The gym also good. Personally I loved that they had easy stair access and not only the elevator. I never leave reviews, but I felt taken care of by the staff. I would definitely stay here again.

What I will always remember about this very nice hotel, is that I drop my wallet on my way out of the hotel, in the street. Two hours later when I came back, one of the evening staff asked me if it was mine, and after proving it, he returned it intact. Berlin was our first stop for a one month trip. Loosing my wallet would have ruined it. He saved our trip, and the hotel was very nice.
