I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, Food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. Two things that were upsetting: 1) the food and 2) one of the maids. The food was very expensive, but the worst was room service. I ordered a burger medium-well, and it arrived rare. Yes, cold and red inside. They replaced the burger, but it never should have happened. Then one of the maids started cleaning rooms before 7:30, and she was letting the doors slam. I stuck my head outside, but she continued. The people in the adjacent rooms may have checked out, but I was trying to sleep.
