I was happy with my stay here. My room was comfortable and fit for purpose, the staff were friendly and professional, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the hotel's location extremely convenient.

Very near major train stations, shopping, cafes, etc. Accommodations are quite good themselves, and the area is somewhat busy but very safe, and not noisy.

Great location in a very safe area. Lots to do and see. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Euro Cup was going on during our stay so it wasn’t quiet at night, but it was fun nonetheless!

Plus side: location! Just a couple of steps from main shopping street but still very quiet. Professional staff and well-managed, good value for money. Down side: electric pot and a mug would do great. Access to information on hotel facility would do better, if there was a hint on what to get. Only access to it on the last day and bummer to know the availability of yoga mat rental and discount at Lululemon shop at the last moment.

Barthroom door transparent ☹️

The bathroom doesn’t have any privacy. The door is transparent crystal this is inconvenient when traveling with your relatives. We had to ask them to leave the room while the other gets a shower. 🙁 Other than that, location and service is excellent. The breakfast bufet is great! 😀

I liked the location. Nice neigbourhood. Full of activity and things to do and places to go. I did not like many things. Among them: tried to charge me twice, blocked my card the 1st day but then tried to charge it again the next day, the check out day, without unblocking or getting paid with the firstly blocked amount. Hadn't I blocked that second charge, I would have been charge twice. Too bad! Now I need to use my credit card but due to this I can't use it. The night shift service people are not kind. There are more issues but I'll focus on these two.

Overpriced worn down hotel with dirty rooms

When we arrived to the hotel and got our room it wasn't properly cleaned with an empty water bottle on the floor and old tooth paste next to the sink. For a 4 star hotel and so much money it is NOT ok, especially when we were told that this happens once a week?! We were offered another room but by then the experience was ruined. It would be more hygienic if they didn't have worn down carpets in the rooms, especially with our experience with the dirty room. Every time we passed by the reception the staff was staring into their computers and didn't even look away to greet us. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was central and close to shops and restaurants and free minibar for not getting your room cleaned. Apparently the staff thinks you don't need to clean the room between the guests either. I would not recommend this hotel, it's overpriced for the poor standard you get! There are plenty of others that are better than this.

Das Zimmer (#432) besitzt einen interessanten Zuschnitt (Bad von zwei Seiten begehbar) bietet aber etwas wenig Stauraum für Kleidung. Der Fernseher wurde leider nicht mittig an der Wand angebracht. Im Hotelflur gab es unangenehmer Gerüche, beding durch die Reinigung des Teppichs.
