Good hotel in a great location

My stay here was great. The hotel is in an excellent location at a railway station with access to all the key places in Berlin and the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy with everything I needed.

Thank you! Everything was wonderful. I’d gladly stay again at this lovely and convenient place. Everyone was welcoming, staff very helpful. Such a great place right near a main train station. Perfect!

Good are the friendly and cooperative staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. Not so good is that there is no air-conditioning in the rooms, or any air recirculation at all, forcing you to keep the window open. In particular on the street side that makes it very noisy.

Quiet inside rooms, even it's in the same building as train station Berlin Ostbahnhof. Small, clean room, but bathroom is not perfect, white, but you can find small vits of mould. Great stuff, helpful, nice. Good place to stay for short period.

Good choice in Berlin!

An excellent location close to the subway and bus. Hotel is a part of a mall that has a lot of food choices for a quick bite, an entrance to the subway, some stores, etc. Room is very clean, has everything you may need for a stay. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Five min walk to East side gallery Very happy with my stay

If you are on business and need WiFi do not book this hotel. WiFi is non existent. I am sorry German hotels, but get your act together. Wi-Fi should be like hot and cold running water. We shouldn’t even have to think about it now.

Nice and clean staff was good rooms clean showers and toilets are clean . Just carpet was old and little bit smelly(not really bed)Very good location near everywhere. and 2 big supermarket located just same building and shopping center and parking just opposite hotel ,cheaper than they mentioned on explanation says £15 but i have parked 11:30 am i took next day morning just charge €8 and you can see your car from the window . Not very quality overall but more quality than priced. Recommended.
