Ibis Berlin.

The staff were great!! They were extremely helpful with anything that I needed. The hotel and room were very clean, and the surrounding areas had cafes, shops, dining. Just one thing, it would have been nice to have even a small closet in the room. thanks for a great stay.

The staff on duty (I didn't get her name) on 25 Feb/1900hr est was extremely helpful and friendly. She was patient in explaining the hotel's policy to me and when I needed a power adaptor urgently as mine was incompatible, she immediately provided me with one which was such a life saver. I hope she knows who she is but thank you so much. Danke - great stay and very happy to recommend to anyone staying over in Berlin

Tthe staff were great but the room had no air con at all and the carpet was made of sonething which have me a rash when I did my stretching exercises that I have to do. There was no table that I could use to plan my day or even a kettke or fridge.

Great location

Hotel is in an excellent location in the city center. Room was nice by European standards and staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed is good and we slept well. Easy access to transit. Loved being able to rent bikes right from the front desk.

Family fun in Berlin

The hotel was in a great location and initial impressions very good. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. We booked a family room which was adjoining rooms so our teenage boys enjoyed their freedom and use of the TV 😀

Excellent stay, with a fantastic location that made getting around and returning to the hotel effortless. We were pleasantly surprised by how affordable Uber was, perhaps due to the area. The room, though not large, was cozy and comfortable. The highlight was the morning staff—Andrea and Bruna were incredibly attentive, polite, kind, proactive, and efficient. Andrea, in particular, stood out with his friendly demeanor and multilingual skills; we spoke in English, Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish. Kudos to him! We’ll definitely return on our next visit.

This was a great central location and although situated in a busy intersection, our room was very quiet. It is a walkable area with many top destinations within walking distance, just look at a map! But if not up for walks, the U-Bahn was outside the door, S-Bahn station as well. Restaurants, bars, coffee, all close by. I will stay there again.

The Hotel is close to public transport. Easy to get around. And close to main attractions There are a lot of options for dinner. The area get very busy a night but you won’t hear anything. Sound proof very good. Confortable bed, clean room, the only thing I add is a minibar
