A Wonderful Berlin Hotel

Can't beat the location; on the Ku'damm and close to the U-bahn, with excellent dining and shopping options all around. The first word that comes to mind when thinking about Hotel Zoo Berlin is "swanky." The hotel is modern; the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel entrance and lobby are lovely and welcoming. A perfect place to land after a long day of being out and about in Berlin!

We were only in Berlin for a short time, but we lucked out with this hotel. It was spacious, nice amenities, and much more beautiful than we had anticipated. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and we enjoyed the area (great for shopping)

As usual comfortable, easy to reach and centrally located. I love to be in the hotel because of its charm and service is great. Breakfast as usual yummy and next to Apple Store direkt at Ku‘Damm … Happy looking forward to go back.

Amazing time and great hotel

Great hotel! The rooms were nice however i did wish that the AC went lower that 19. Staff was incredible . The lounge downstairs is great and definitely a scene. Will definitely come back agaian!

Excellent hotel but it has a strange elevator that flashes at you when you take it to their room. Would not stay again just because of that.

My room was smaller than in my previous stays, darker (only one window) and had a bit of an odor. Room 228. I was probably the worst room I had after staying at Hotel Zoo 4 times. Not awful but a lower standard than before.

It was a lovely hotel. The area is amazing. Touristy enough but calm. If you want to be where all the tourist attractions are, do not stay here. But if you want to see more German people and still be close to tourist things and be in a nice area, definitely recommend. The room was pretty big with a comfortable bed. The tv was not a smart tv and the Roku didn’t fit so it was annoying at night. The service was not great, asked for a few things multiple times before getting done and the lobby people were not very keen on helping. But it wasn’t bad. Overall a good stay, I would probably stay there again.

The hotel was stylish and modern. Our room(s) were very good. Style may have given way to practicality in some aspect e.g the cups in the room were pretty useless and the power points next to the bed were difficult to access. I would say that whilst we liked the look and feel of the bar the staff were not in the least customer focused. Very disappointing.

If you pay for the breakfast and if you come 5 minutes too late at 10:35 am you don‘t get breakfast, that‘s not ok. If you ask in the hotel for the best rate and the offer is double the ordinary rate at any other booking platform, that‘s not ok.
