It is in a great location with good transport connections. The staff were really helpful and very approachable. Nothing seared like too much trouble which is a nice touch. The breakfast was really good, with a good selection of cooked hot food, a good cold selection, plenty of fruit and pastries too. The coffee was good with a good selection of alternative teas. Will be my go to stay on my next trip!

The room was nice and spacious and generally presented well but there were a couple of things that concerned me such as the dried up milk pots and graffiti on the wall. I would also say the hotel need to consider getting better pillows and bedding as they were just too flat. Shower was good, plrenty of hangers in the wardrobe and working fridge. TV reception was a bit ropey. Bonus was the heated floor.

posh hotel with amenities of back packer!! I absolutely HATE the cheap toilet paper! The room heating was very bad - the room was always cold! there was a floor heating in the bathroom but NOT in the toilet?? Absolutely pathetic as the pamphlet says the family who owns the place personally supervise any renovations/building new hotels - they obviously have NO idea what the real comfort is - simply PATHETIC
