Great stay

Great location very close to bus and train stations. Also have a supermarket nearby. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Staff are helpful and room was very comfortable and cosy in the winter.

An amazing experience at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Berlin! Perfect & helpful staff on front desk welcomes us on arrival day, inside the hotel is furnished with gorgeous decor, nice and fresh buffet breakfast with very good staff at breakfast hall can make your journey beautiful.

You can’t keep windows open because stuff or some other guys is smoking and speaking under the windows (till to night and starting 6 am) - and there is hot. Sheets are plastic covered so sweating guaranteed. Hotel is clean and the breakfast is perfect. Stuff is neutral.

Modern and clean rooms. Location ok for the price. Male receptionist was incredibly rude and clearly shouldn’t be in a customer service role. Single lift which was small, slow and constantly being held up for minutes on end by housekeeping staff. Shower leaked.

The property is located at a quite place near Adenauerplatz. The U7 is little bit far about 8-9 mins walk. Property itself is very captivating and has good interior design. The customer service is friendly and reachable all the time. We liked it very well and would also consider for our future stay.

Great value for price

Rooms are small but comfortable. Elevator was out of service, issues in the room with door not closing properly and bathroom door getting stuck. Staff often does not speak English or German. Amazing breakfast buffet, close to KuDamm. Price is great!

It is in a quiet and safe residential area, and in walking distance to U-bahnhof and S-bahnhof. The room is newly renovated with excellent facilities, including a mini kitchen and an outdoor area with table. Staff are helpful. Perfect for either short and long term stay. The only feedback I would like to add is the window in bathroom is not frosted and people may see you from the outside if you are stay at the ground floor. Except that, I think I would choose this place again when I am visiting Berlin in future.

The internet was not working for the full week I was on a business trip and that was the braking point for me. The tv didn’t work also I requested the cancellation because I wanted to move to the other hotel with internet. Was denied. Because the stay was prepaid, i had zero options and zero leverage. Terrible experience!
