Arrived by tram 96. Quick check in. Acceptable room size. Clean, neat and tidy. Enjoyed a meal at their restaurant one night. Would stay again.

Conveniently close to stops for trams to Potsdam and Griebnitzsee. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable, clean rooms. No kettle in room but I was able to ask for a Wasserkocher at hotel reception.

Hotel felt very clean and rooms were very big. Trams could be heard a little bit up to the fifth floor but did not keep us awake. Restaurant did very nice dinner for reasonable price. Dog was welcomed to stay for 9 euro extra and sit in the restaurant outside with us.

I didn’t like anything and there is absolutely nothing unique about it. In fact it is false advertisement as far as what is on the Expedia website. The pic clearly showed the red carpet at the entrance before entering the hotel lobby and and on each side of the red carpet had staffers holding welcome drinks on trays. There was none of that, except for the piece of red carpet. There was no one at front desk and I stood there for almost fifteen minutes before a man in tight jeans and a purple Mohawk showed up. He was extremely rude, because he said absolutely nothing to me. I had to say I’m so and so and I’m checking in. He rudely said no you’re not, checking in is at 3pm and early check in is at 2pm. I said I’m a gold member with Expedia and you had some check outs, so I could check in a little earlier than 2pm. He said no we are fully book and I don’t care what Expedia said, it has nothing to do with me. I said sir you are very rude, may I speak to your manager? He said I am the manager and that’s it, I’m fully booked. I said I can’t wait to write a review on this place and your very poor attitude and the professionalism you lack. Five minutes later he said I gave a room available. He gave me a room on the third floor. After I arrived to the room, I slept a little and then I went out to eat and explore the area. I returned and the entire hallway to my room was dark as midnight in hell. It scared the crap out of me, so I used my cellphone light to see, no phone, no iron, no

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb in einem Wohngebiet, aber mit gutem Straßenbahnanschluss in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Frühstück wurde nicht gebucht; auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es eine gute und preiswerte Bäckerei. Die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel waren alle belegt. Die Tiefgarage kostet 9 Euro ist aber in keinem besonders guten Zustand. Insgesamt war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für eine Nacht aber in Ordnung.

Trambahn Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, sehr gute Möglichkeit nachhaltig ins Zentrum zu fahren. Ich war zweimal da und jedes Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und eine Badewanne. Auch die Speisen im Restaurant Journal sind sehr gut.
