Great hotel in the perfect location near the central station and steps away from the Spree, the Reichstag and the museums. We enjoyed using the hotel bikes to tour Berlin’s gardens and sights. We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice during our trip to Germany—once at the beginning of our vacation and again after returning from our 11-day cruise—and both experiences were excellent. The staff was consistently warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. They truly went above and beyond when our luggage was delayed by the airline and we had to leave for our cruise without it. Once our luggage finally arrived, the hotel safely stored it for us during our entire cruise, giving us tremendous peace of mind. Returning after 11 days and knowing our belongings were waiting for us was such a relief. The level of care and customer service we received was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was cordial, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping make our stay as smooth as possible. We are very grateful for their kindness and support and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

There is no registration desk, no well-informed staff to help travelers. Check-in is contact-free - at a computer kiosk. You have to enter your passport number etc, then process a card (from a stack of cards by the kiosk) to get your key card. A long process if you are jet lagged. The room was clean and small, but dark with a lot of black including black drapes, furniture, lampshades. Too dark for me. The best thing is location close to main train station. Breakfast appeard to be overpriced - we ate at the train station.
