The hotel isn't much to look at from the outside, but the interror is lovely. Going by other reviews, there has recently been some renovation (which caused some disruption), but the end result is a thing to behold. Clearly a lot of thought and design expertise has gone into the renovation. The rooms are stunning -- as good as any top tier hotel I've visited recently. I was genuinely surprised by the quality.

Not what I expected at the price. I had booked a deluxe room, but it was very tiny and not at all what I assumed at the price. All basic were there though. Very rough building. Wifi not up to modern standards. Hotels.com should really be more accurate in the description of this hotel. Digital check-in worked fine. No breakfast was available for those wanting that, but fine with me. I saw no other guests during my stay, so I wonder how popular this hotel really is

I liked how it resembled the photos, and it was sort of clean upon entering. Trash wasn’t taken out, and WiFi in the building was gone for almost all 3-4 nights I was there, which put a big hindrance on planning my trip and making some last-minute calls since I didn’t have service in my time in Europe. All hot water in the shower and sink went away, and I was left with ice-cold water on day 2. I am also certain the hotel was still under construction in some parts. To top that, the electrical work for all the appliances and lights was oddly switched around and configured terribly. That last part is truthfully a nitpick on my end, so take it as you will; however, the rest regarding water and Wi-Fi is true in its entirety.

This is a great option if you are a solo traveler. It’s in a cool part of town and close to trains as well as easy to get to Central Berlin via scooter or a bike. It’s very straightforward – with the self check-in and just having a room for your stay. The room is a good size, even being on the smaller side, but the bed is comfortable, the amenities are very good, the bathroom was really nice. It can be noisy at night since you’re on the main road, but that’s what happens when you’re in a big town, and they provided earplugs. The staff was there every day to make sure the property was clean, so it’s well-maintained. Being close to Uber. Arena made it very convenient for the concert I was attending. Also, there there are some good options for food in the area. Lots of fellow travelers nearby so it’s an active area.

Hotel is basic. It works for the price. Rooms are very small, the size of a bed plus a small desk and a bathroom. I stayed in mid May and it was already hot. I had to open the windows. It can get noisy as it is next to 2 main avenues. I couldn’t find the remote control for the TV. There is no staff available, it is self service, including the check-in.

This is not a hotel!

Don't go here! It's not an hotel, it's more like apartments. No reception, no early checkin, no common area, no working areas, no atmosphere, no breakfast. Really horrible and completely misstated / oversold on the website / advertisement.

Pros: Great area, close to warschauer str s and u-bahn. Lots of restaurant, clubs nearby. Room was very small, but renovated, clean and bed was great. Very busy road right outside, but the windows were very soundproof. There was a fridge and a capsule machine for coffee, which I appreciate. Although there were only coffee for 2-3 days, and not 5 days which was the duration of my stay. Cons: I had to contact the hotel to get the check in- information, which was supposed to be sent automatically the day before. Also, the room wasn't cleaned at all during my 5 night stay. If I wanted cleaning I had to pay extra, even for new towels. When staying for so long at least the garbage should be emptied, coffee cups changed, coffee capsules refilled and towels changed once.

The worst experience ever! We couldnt get into the hotel, hot water didnt work, heating didnt work and service was not there. DO NOT GO! Dont let the photos fool you. I have gone to many hotels and this was by far my worst experience ever!!!!

Ein Hotel komplett ohne Personal zu betreiben kann man ja machen aber besonders an einem turbulenten Ort wie diesem wünscht man sich schon jemanden der ein Auge darauf hat wer da so ein und aus geht. Das wäre dann auch ein idealer Ansprechpartner um die nicht ablaufende Dusche zu besprechen. Die Aussicht auf einen Bereitschaftshof der Stadtreinigung ist wenigstens speziell. Ich bin alleine gereist, für 2 Personen wäre mir das (Superior) Zimmer zu klein, zumal man nur von einer Seite und dem Fußende ins Bett kommt. Und wenn man schon auf Personal verzichtet und für das auffrischen des Zimmers 25€ verlangt wäre es schön wenn man bei einem Aufenthalt von 3 Berliner Nächten nicht nur 2 Portionen Kaffee ins Zimmer legt.
