The staff was polite and very nice. One of the two elevators going to the room was broken. The location was very good, and there was a park nearby, so I was able to relax after midnight. The entire building was well maintained.

Good Hotel - Shame About Reception

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff in the restaurant. Reception was understaffed (particularly at peak times) and disorganised - tried to charge me for my stay, despite our having pre-paid and a receipt. Also forgot to pre-book a taxi for me, despite having agreed to do so.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Most the staff were fantastic. Only one that was a little unhelpful. The rooms are clean and up to date. The added bonus was the pool. This was great as a time filler when you have a little one. Although I would say that this hotel is definitely aimed a little more to an older crowd. My only negative about the whole experience is the Hotel app itself. I booked this holiday with breakfast but apparently you have to add that on. Just make it better to use.

Quite poor cleaning and service!

1- We waited in line for 30-40 minutes to inn check and receive the room card. Because only one person working at the reception. 2- The bathroom was not completely clean! 3- The towels that were replaced were not clean and when I used the towel I noticed more hairs in the towel so I stopped using the hotel towels!

Ich möchte Ihnen eine Rückmeldung zu meinem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel geben. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung des Zimmers, die insgesamt gut war. Auch der Pool war sauber und ansprechend. Die Umkleidekabinen hingegen waren äußerst kalt, und es gab keinen einzigen Schlüssel für die Schließfächer im Bereich der Frauen, was sehr unpraktisch war. Leider gab es einige gravierende Mängel, die ich nicht unerwähnt lassen möchte. Im Badezimmer waren die Fliesen beschädigt, das Waschbecken war defekt und auch die Beleuchtung funktionierte nicht. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war akzeptabel, jedoch nicht makellos. Besonders unangenehm war, dass das Zimmermädchen ohne vorheriges Anklopfen kurz nach 8 Uhr morgens in das Zimmer kam. Ein schwerwiegendes Problem war zudem der Flohbefall im Bett, wodurch wir beide stark zerbissen wurden. Dies ist absolut inakzeptabel und stellt ein ernsthaftes Hygieneproblem dar. Darüber hinaus war die Sauna während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktionsfähig. Ich bitte Sie dringend, diese Punkte zu überprüfen und entsprechende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um zukünftigen Gästen einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen
