We had a lovely 5 night stay in the Hilton Berlin. The location of the hotel was excellent for walking around the city and the metro station was across the street. We had some trouble with the door lock but the front desk and maintenance personnel worked hard to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Berlin.

Upon checking in—despite having requested a premium executive room in the new section —the receptionist unfortunately assigned us a room in the old section , which was outdated and worn out. This required us to spend time getting the room changed. However, there was a standout staff member named hakan who was excellent.
