Fabulous hotel, with comfortable room, aircon and exceptional breakfast selection. Hotel is ideally situated near the East Side Mall for supermarket and restaurants plus a 10 min walk to U and S Bahn transport for rest of Berlin

The hotel was nice and the service was very nice. Location is also very good. The issue is that the water pressure was way too low so the showering was not pleasant. Also outside of the window was a huge dust web that was very unpleasant. Other than that a very pleasant experience, and amazing location for attending events at the uber arena.

The hotel is modern and very clean. Very good the breakfast! There isn't a fridge in the room. The position is ok: you arrive in the city centre in 15 minutes with bus and the airport is 30 minutes with train. The staff is very kind and skill. Highly recommend!

Great location. Not the best service

I stayed here whilst attending a concert at the Uber Arena. I chose it mainly for its close proximity. Its location is really its main selling point with, not only the Arena being so close but also the Uber Eats Music Hall and many local amenities - restaurants, shopping mall and being a stop for sightseeing tours. As to the hotel itself, it's modern and clean and well maintained. But the service was not the best.. the reception staff were rather offhand and seemed distracted. The breakfast seemed to deplete rather quickly. Many of the more popular items weren't replaced. And there were no evening meal facilities of course. But my stay was comfortable and convenient. Which is more than other hotels

Prima hotel met goed ontbijt. Het bed is aan de harde kant. Op verzoek kregen we twee losse dekbedden in plaats van 1 tweepersoons dekbed. De omgeving is leuk vanwege de restanten van de Muur met diverse muurschilderingen maar voor het overige is de omgeving niet bijzonder. Het hotel ligt vlak bij de Uber Arena en Uber Music Hall, waar het waarschijnlijk heel druk kan zijn als er een evenement is. De horeca in de buurt is vooral fastfood, gericht op deze evenementlocaties.
