Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Anreise!!!! Zimmer sind jedoch spärlich eingerichtet und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobilar ist abgenutzt und die Matratzen durchgelegen. Die Wände hellhörig. Auch das Bad hat dringend Renovierungsbedarf. Beim Fernsehen gab es immer wieder Störungen und das Bild war nie klar. Für ein 3-Sterne Hotel werden die Anforderungen m. E. leider nicht erfüllt.

Kurzurlaub

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, ist gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und eine U-Bahnstation. Es ist für Berliner Verhältnisse sehr ruhig, obwohl der Kuhdamm um die Ecke ist. Das Personal war sehr nett, das Zimmer praktikabel, sehr sauber aber sehr verbraucht. Die Möbel weisen extreme Verbrauchsspuren auf und die Fenster lassen sich teilweise gar nicht öffnen. Insgesamt benötigt das Hotel dringend eine Renovierung.

Es ist kurz gesagt ein einfaches Hotelzimmer. Das Bett ist okay, die Türen und die Fenster darf man sich nicht genauer anschauen. Einen Safe gibt es nicht, due Dusche ist eng und auch da sieht man das Alter. Es sind offene Nägel in den Wänden ohne passende Bilder. Tv ist da, beim Empfang muss man raten was es da gerade zu sehen gibt. Bedauerlicherweise keine Türschilder, die nette (ernst gemeint!!) Reinigungskraft wollte mehrfach in das noch von uns belegte Zimmer. (lagen noch im Bett, dies ist direkt an der Tür) das schafft Unsicherheit und Frust. Aber! tolle Lage! und ein kostenfreier Parkplatz!

Zum schlafen reicht es, das Doppelbett entpuppte sich als zwei Einzelbetten. Badezimmer ist unhygienisch und als Fernsehsender waren nur die Öffentlich-rechtlichen freigeschaltet! Trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde nichts unternommen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend und abwechslungsreich! Wer tagsüber unterwegs ist und ein Zimmer nur zum schlafen braucht, ist hier richtig.

Für ein zwei Nächte eine Unterkunft mit wenig Ausstattung, einfach nur zum paar Stunden schlafen und Energie auftanken. Frühstück war top, es war sauber und das Personal super. Die Ausstattung war jetzt aber nicht unbedingt der Renner und die vorher gesehenen Bilder im Netz eher irreführend. Das erste Betreten des Zimmers ein kurzes „oha... okay“

Soggiorno di famiglia

L’hotel si trova in una zona centrale da cui si può raggiungere a piedi la Ku’damm e l’Europa center, inoltre la fermata della metro è dietro l’angolo. La colazione è abbondante e varia, detto questo tutto il resto è da dimenticare. All’arrivo ci danni una camera da 3 mentre la prenotazione era per 4. Chiediamo una camera ai piani bassi perché c’è una persona anziana che non prende ascensore, ma non è stato possibile: ultimo piano. Camera scarna bagno piccolissimo servizi igienici in pessime condizioni. In 4 giorni non hanno mai pulito ma solo rifatto sommariamente alcuni letti, neanche tutti!!! Stanza senza aria condizionata, solo ventilatore, ma finestre danno si una strada molto trafficata quindi rumorosissima. Alla reception non ci hanno chiesto ne documenti ne carta di credito come cauzione, solo auto dichiarare la residenza. Per assurdo potevamo andare via anche senza pagare visto che le chiavi le abbiamo tenute sempre noi. Non vale di certo il prezzo pagato.

Abgeohntes Hotel

Das 1. Zimmer hatt ein defektes Waschbecken, sowie eine Loch in der Badezimmertür, die Matratzen der Betten waren so durch gelegen, dass man sich besser auf den Boden gelegt hätte. Nachdem ich dies Reklamierte bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, die Matratzen waren allerdings genauso besch...eiden. - Nicht zu empfehlen.
