We spent four nights in this very comfortable and clean room. Great location close to the tram and 2 stops from Alexanderplatz. The breakfast is well worth the price with wide selection of items. We will stay here again when we return to Berlin.

We were in Berlin for the record heat wave and this hotel saved us! They not only had air conditioning but when one of our rooms ac was not working, they gave us a new room. The location is great! There is literally a tram stop right in front and it’s only 2 stops from Alexanderplatz, the central metro station, with lots of shops and restaurants. It was comfortable, clean and convenient.

I really enjoyed staying at the gold palais hotel. It had a nice balcony with chairs facing the courtyard. The shower was incredible. It had both an overhead faucet and a handheld faucet with good water pressure. There was a m4 tram right outside the hotel that could take you directly to Alexanderplatz. And the cleaning people cleaned my room everyday. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel to participate in the Berlin marathon and explore Berlin. This hotel was quiet and clean with friendly staff. There are tons of dining option sin the immediate area and it is very close to public transportation. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this location again if we are in the Berlin area.

Great location in the city. Street is a little dirty, but that’s more a Berlin issue than this hotel. Wish I knew breakfast price before eating, but fair price for the variety of good food. Friendly staff. Smooth experience all around.
