We loved this hotel! Stylish, light, airy, with a comfortable bed and it included a kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lobby was a fun place to hang out while waiting for an Uber. (There's an archaeological dig under the glass floor of the lobby which is so interesting!).

Perfect for a city break

Really nice hotel in a great location, breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. Only small issue we had was that the air conditioning did not work, so the rooms got a little too warm.

We loved our stay here last November. The hotel is walkable to a lot of restaurants, museums and other interesting spots in Berlin. The daily breakfast was wonderful, the staff were all kind and helpful, the bedroom was very clean. We also appreciated the laundry area in the hotel as it was very clean and all the services are available via an app. We'd love to return to this hotel again one day.

Perfecto!

Loved this hotel! It was modern, the staff were amazing and it's only a 10 minute walk from Mitte (central Berlin). There is also a supermarket across the road.

Friendly staff, helpful in recommending dining options nearby. Little grill restaurant 3 minutes from hotel was very nice. Only downside was fire alarm with subsequent evacuation around midnight. This is not the hotels fault, but a guest cooking in the room and triggering the smoke alarm. Note this is a suites hotel and all rooms come with cooking facilities, so beware of incompetent hobby chefs. This hotel is near popular Nikolai Viertel.

Excellent customer service, fantastic room. Had a fridge, microwave and kitchen. Front desk staff was friendly and housekeeping staff cleaned out room. Loved that there was laundry, but we had to pay for it. The lounge area has a glass floor with a historic museum/site that you can view under the glass. Location was quite close to a train station

Great location. Room was 28 degrees in January with only option to regulate temp to turn system off leaving room still at 25 degrees and stuffy (windows don’t open in rooms). No house cleaning offered over 7 day stay, and no top ups of provided supplies (careful with your toilet paper use!) In room washer was musty with washed clothes smelling worse then when they went in

The staff were incredible - all so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety with meat and vegan options available. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows which was beautiful! And a kitchenette with a microwave, hob, sink, coffee machine and washing machine. Good size television with a range of channels including German, English and French channels (maybe more but I didn’t see). The bed was comfortable - my only thing I would improve would be blackout curtains and a firm pillow option as I’m personally used to it being very dark and use a firmer pillow. I liked that the rooms were only cleaned every 3 days as this is more environmentally friendly, however if you require more, you can ask at the reception. The reception is 24 hours so if you need anything, they’re happy to help. I needed earplugs one night as our upstairs neighbour was heavy-footed and they provided me with some which was very helpful. There is also minimal noise from outside during the night, just sirens occasionally. The area felt relatively safe and it was an easy walking distance to Alexanderplatz - about 10 minute walk or less if you walk quickly. About a 15-20 minute walk to Unter den Linden and the Brandenburg Gate. About a 5 minute walk to the Berliner Dom and Museum Island. There’s also a supermarket across the road where you can buy food to cook, saving you some money during your stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. They made our stay with our 2 year old very comfortable!

They had 2 charges for the breakfast non were free. One was for coffee and a pastry and the other was a full breakfast. They were both excellent for the price but not included in my stay price. I would go back for sure.

After 27 hrs of travel, First night stay was told to evacuate due to WW2 bomb in proximity. No alternate accommodation provided. Hotel reopened following day. Paid Breakfast meal was congested with flies, poor selection, stale bread/pastries. Basically machine style food.and drinks.

Great place for a family

We had one of the bigger rooms for our family of 3. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. The location is great. The hotel staff was extremely helpfull. All in all a good stay!
