1. Hostel gave an invoice which did not match the price paid while booking with expedia. Checked with expedia, who mentioned that the hostel gave an invoice of the wrong price! 2. Seems a few students /people with part time jobs are employed as staff which is ok but a few of them didnt seem particularly happy.

No air conditioning. Very tiny bathroom. During the 5 days of stay the room has been cleaned only once. Shampoo was empty, hair dryer wasn’t working. The worst A&O Hotels experience for me in Germany.

Hotel or Beer Garden

I would not stay here again personally. It's the noisiest hotel and isn't helped by the beer garden atmosphere of the lower courtyard. People will be chatting and drinking all night long unless it rains. The rooms have no ventilation and because it's so loud outside you don't want to have the windows open. The staff is really nice and the rooms are clean and in decent condition though. So if you are not staying to sleep it should not be a problem.

No lockers in room is a big no-no in my opinion. Also the phone chargers in my bunk-bed didnt work. Coupled with no new toilet rolls for 6 people in 4 days (yes we ran out halfway & the cleaner I stopped on the corridor just shrugged to say your room isn't on the list for change today)... it's not really enough for a £50 / night stay in a dorm room is it? Oh and they couldn't do a late check-out despite advertising the service. Good location mind

No good. From check-in to leaving, not good.

The hotel is in the middle of a very busy area with very little parking. We didn’t reserve one of their very few parking spots, so on the last day of our trip, when we had to leave super early the next morning, I had to park almost a mile away. The check-in attendant wasn’t nice at all. She seemed to be almost perturbed that people were checking in. The beds were ok, but nothing great. Room was quite crammed and the bathroom door couldn’t be locked, which is an issue. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Wir waren von Mittwoch bis Sonntag dort und leider war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße, durch die Hitze mussten wir die Fenster offen lassen und die Nächte waren unerträglich laut. Mehrmals baten wir um einen Ventilator, doch jedes Mal hieß es nur, dass alle schon vergeben seien – wirklich geholfen wurde uns nicht. Im Flur roch es extrem unangenehm, was den Eindruck zusätzlich verschlechtert hat. Das Zimmer selbst war schlicht und in Ordnung, aber unter den Umständen hätte man uns beim Preis entgegenkommen müssen. Für alle, die sich erholen und ausruhen möchten, ist dieses Hotel absolut nicht geeignet. Leider keine Empfehlung von mir.

Es könnte in den Zimmern wirklich sauberer sein! Staub...Kalkablagerungen im Bad!! Mir persönlich fehlen noch ein paar Haken um Handtücher auf zu hängen und trocknen zu lassen!! Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden...war nun das 2. Mal bei euch und werde mit Sicherheit noch öfter kommen!!! Hervor zu heben ist eure tolle Lage mit euren schützenden Innenhof...perfekt!!!
