Beim 2. Aufenthalt leider sehr enttÀuschend

Bei Ankunft war im Hotelsafe ein falscher ZimmerschlĂŒssel fĂŒr uns hinterlegt, es war nur ein Einzelzimmer nur mit 1x BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒchern nur fĂŒr eine Person. Wir hatten GlĂŒck dass wir telefonisch noch jemanden ZustĂ€ndigen fĂŒr das Hotel erreichen konnten. Haben dann tel. zur Antwort bekommen wir haben den falschen SchlĂŒssel benutzt(unser Familienname war aber an diesem SchlĂŒssel festgemacht.) Neues Doppelzimmer dann leider zur Hauptstraße (stark befahren!). WC -SpĂŒlung funktionierte nicht richtig, 2. SpĂŒlvorgang erst nach ca. 20 Minuten! Über dem Handwaschbecken war seitlich davon eine Steckdose offen und ohne Abdeckung angebracht, sehr gefĂ€hrlich! FrĂŒhstĂŒck sehr einfach! Der Fernseher war ohne Signal (lt. Aussage waren Reparaturarbeiten auf dem Dach der Grund)

Det var vid incheckning som vi meddelade att vi skulle komma lite senare Àn deras tider men dÄ sa dem att vi skulle trycka in en kod i porten helt ok sen skulle vi hÀmta en nyckel i ett vÀrdeskÄp men vilket rum det var framgick inte nÄgot om. DÄ det fanns flera nycklar sÄ gjorde att det blev svÄrt. Telefonnummer som fanns dÀr gick direkt till telefonsvarare vilket gjorde det inte lÀttare. Stort minus dÀr. Kommer nog inte vÀlja detta hotellet fler gÄnger.

Do not stay in room 2!!!. The boiler for water for the hotel is in the room. Everytime someone uses hot water the boiler switches on, so from 6:30 it was impossible to sleep. Wifi was intermittent..

Schönes Hotel fĂŒr nicht zu hohe AnsprĂŒche

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt, ruhig gelegen (Hinterhof). Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und erinnert an ein Museum. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist ĂŒbersichtlich, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Heizungen sind recht schwach, sodass es im Winter kalt werden kann. Das Abflusssystem ist sehr laut. Die Betten sind sehr groß, aber etwas unbequem, da die Matratzen recht dĂŒnn sind. Die Sauberkeit ist mittelmĂ€ĂŸig. Im Zimmer war kein Staub oder Dreck, dafĂŒr einige fremde Haare im Bett und im Bad. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Tage gekommen.

FĂŒr einen StĂ€dtetrip die perfekte individuelle Unterkunft in der ersten Etage eines alten GrĂŒnderzeithauses, man wird an den Film 'Cabaret' erinnert - eine sehr schöne AtmosphĂ€re, nicht so uniformiert wie in großen Hotels.

PrisvÀrt hotell, trevlig personal och nÀra Ku'damm. Enkelt att ta buss 109 frÄn Tegel flygplats och 5minuters promenad frÄn busshÄllplats Oliverplatz. Service ist unterirdisch

Gebucht hatte ich 1 Doppel- und 1 Einzelzimmer. Vor Ort hatte ich die Wahl, entweder 2 Doppelzimmer im Voraus zu bezahlen, oder mir ein anderes Hotel zu suchen. Der Charme der kleinen Hoteletage ist entzĂŒckend. Bei nĂ€herer Betrachtung, eher schon heruntergekommen. Die alten Holzfenster sind marode und faul. Die Armaturen in den Nasszellen fallen auseinander. Zwischen 8 und 10 Uhr gibt es FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Die Auswahl von KĂ€se, Wurst,Marmelade, Brot und Brötchen sind auf das DĂŒrftigste reduziert. FrĂŒhstĂŒckseier wurden vergessen zu kochen, wurden völlig roh serviert. Hotelpersonal war auch nur in diesem Zeitraum anzutreffen. Ausschließlich die Dame hinter dem Empfang sprach gebrochen Deutsch.

Das Hotel liegt an und fĂŒr sich in einer schöner Gegend, mit netten Lokalen, die fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen sind, jedoch einer einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße! Obwohl ich bei der Anmeldung um ein Zimmer auf die RĂŒckseite zum Hof gebeten hatte, bekam ich eines nach vorne. Selbst mit Ohrstöpsel war an Schlaf nut teilweise zu denken,die LautstĂ€rke von der Straße her war immens! Das Hotel besteht aus einer einer großen Altbauwohnung, der Eingangsbereich mĂŒsste dringend renoviert werden, der Teppichboden war zerschlissen und machte keinen guten Eindruck. Wenn man abends heimkam, gab es keine Treppenhausbeleuchtung, was das Öffnen mit dem SchlĂŒssel sehr erschwerte. Am 2. Abend funktioierte auch im Zimmer die Beleuchtung teilweise nicht mehr. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr gerĂ€umig, das Bad so winzig, dass man die TĂŒr, wenn man am Waschbecken stand, nicht schließen konnte. Von der Sauberkeit her war es in Ordnung. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass ich meinen Koffer am Abreisetag bis zum Nachmittag zur Aufbewahrung im Hotel zurĂŒcklassen konnte, da mein Flug erst am Abend ging. Sehr freundlich war auch die Servicekraft, die am Morgen das FrĂŒckstĂŒcksbuffet betreute. Dieses erfĂŒllte die Grundanforderungen.

nostalgisches Hotel

nostalgisches Hotel direkt am Kudam und in der Umgebung gibt es einiges an GaststĂ€tten. Das Hotel selbst ist recht klein und hat nur wenige Zimme. Der Fußboden knarzt schon recht ordentlich und Zimmer zur Strasse recht zeitig dann schon laut. Wer ein akzeptables Zimmer fĂŒr den Stdatausflug sucht kann nichts falsch machen.

TÀmÀ pieni hotelli sijaitsee vanhassa talossa, jossa ei ole hissiÀ. Ei sovellu siis heikkojalkaisille eikÀ-voimaisille, vaikka vain yhdet raput on kuljettava hotelliin. Korkeat huoneet, kuluneisuutta, mutta samalla tiettyÀ viehÀttÀvyyttÀ. Ilmastoinnin puuttuminen ikÀvÀ asia helteillÀ. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin klo 8-10. PÀÀsin kuitenkin yli viikon mittaisen oleskeluni ajan jo puoli kahdeksan aamiaiselle, ja tuolloin miltei kaikki tarjottava oli jo esillÀ.

The small cozy pansion in Berlin

The private pansion with only 8 rooms, old style, comfortable and very clean, great loction - walking distance to the famous Ku'damm. Very helpful and friendly personnel, the right place to stay for couples and singles.
