Polite and helpful staff. Small but clean and adequate rooms. Food choice very limited but a very good bar. Next door to Gleisdreieck U-Bahn Station (U1 and U2), short walk (circa 10 minutes) to Potsdamerplatz. The room was very small, no space to hang any clothes or even open your suitcase....who'd have thought about that. The bed was good, though I was cold as the duvet is very thin. I asked for an extra one, which they provided. The breakfast was ok, but just basic stuff...plenty of much nicer options elsewhere in a city. So not worth paying the extra really. There was a problem with the electrics in the room, which made the shutters open in the middle of the night, the lights not working, etc....annoying stuff, yet you still pay the same. The location is good, very close to a U bahn and beer garden and generally a quiet and nice area. But would I come back? Probably not.
