Nice clean hotel but outside noise could be heard from inside room which was on 4th floor. One side of the window could do with better window draught proof. If you need any additional pillow case forget it, they tell you to go to laundry room but they don't stock spare pillows only bed sheets, tea, coffee etc... good hotel location a shame on the noise.

Really enjoyed my stay. The pin process worked really well for me, made it very easy to come and go without worrying about keys/cards etc. The room was really spacious, the bed was very comfy, the shower was great. air con worked really well. Was a very good location, lots of shopping and restaurants around. U bahn was a 4 min walk away. Was very good value. Will definitely stay again if in Berlin.

Location can't be beat, and it kind of works

We came in, used our code and just had our room available. Very simple, easy and convenient. The room was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We did have an issue on the first day with the code not working for our door, but the app could open the door as well so we just used that. It was resolved the morning after. The only real complaint we had was that when using the shower the hot water only worked for the waterfall faucet, and not for the handheld one.

It’s a great location for you to do shopping and getting around Berlin. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. Wish they had more coffee pods offered. I stayed there for 7 days but I only 4 coffee pods. I wasn’t allowed to have more.

Friendly staff, modern rooms, convenient location, great housekeeping. There was even a umbrella in the room. The TVs can connect to appletv which was nice. The only minor negative issue i had was there is a small gap in the bathroom doors as they don't seem to properly close
