Spacious room for 4 with fridge.

Very nice hotel with great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful when we left a bag in taxi.Close to subway and Main Street with coffee shops and restaurants.

We were confident in the Marriott brand. However, we were placed in a room the management knew had no air conditioning. We spent two nights trying g to keep the windows open with an ice bucket and a water bottle because they refused to move us.

Parking garage was full and I paid for parking and wouldn't refund me and then I got a parking ticket cause I had to park on the side street at the hotel. Elevator from garage to hotel was not working. Receptionist told us to walk up 6 flights of stairs with our luggage. We walked up the steep hill from the garage and then down the sidewalk to the hotel entrance and then used the elevator. The room was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

Lækkert hotel centralt i Berlin

Fantastisk service af personalet særligt Omar fra baren, er smilende og er med til at gøre man får lyst til at vende tilbage. Jesica fra receptionen var virkelig serviceminded og forstående, for vores behov. Et lille minus var at airconditionen drillede en smule. Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse

Lange Wartezeit an der Rezeption

Wir haben bestimmt 20-25 Minuten an der Rezeption gewartet obwohl kaum etwas los war.. Ich bin bei der deutschen Bahn und habe schon viele Übernachtungen gehabt und da geht das wesentlich schneller.. das war echt nervig muss ich sagen.. dann wurde mir erst gesagt dass ich noch eine City Tax bezahlen muss und dann doch nicht .. als ich heute ausgecheckt bin kam die Kollegen hinterher gerannt und hat mir wieder gesagt dass ich eine City Tax bezahlen muss, aber ich habe ihr erklärt, dass der Kollege mir bereits gestern gesagt hat, dass dies nicht nötig sei, weil alles im Vorfeld schon bezahlt wurde.

Unpleasant Stay due to Lack of Room Maintenance

My family checked into a room on December 28, and I arrived later that night. Upon entering the room, I was shocked to find it freezing cold, with a non-functional heating system. What troubled me most was discovering that this was a known issue. A small portable heater had been placed in the room, clearly intended as a stopgap measure, but it was insufficient to warm the space. It was disappointing to realize that your staff knowingly assigned us a room with a defective heating system without informing us of the problem beforehand. This lack of transparency and disregard for our comfort left me deeply disheartened. As a guest, I expect a certain standard of professionalism and honesty from a reputable hotel. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. The unprofessional handling of this situation, coupled with the discomfort my family and I endured, has left a lasting negative impression.

Netjes, maar niet bijzonder & veel geluidsoverlast

In de kamer veel geluidsoverlast gehad, dunne wandjes en veel lawaai van een luchtsysteem aan de buitenkant. De kamer was verder niet heel speciaal, vrij klein. Matrassen waren hard. Het verblijf was verder oké, maar niet meer dan dat. Er zijn betere opties te verkrijgen in Berlijn.
