Vacations Close To Berkshire Botanical Garden

A true diamond in the rough. Staff are friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is FABULOUS! It's older but charming, nothing fancy but comfortable. Next time I plan on staying longer.

Staff was excellent, excellent amenities

We had an enjoyable stay. What really made the difference was the staff at the front desk. I had damaged my car as I was pulling in to the parking lot. We had two cars, both loaded to the tiptop as we were on our way to move my daughter into her college apartment. The one I damaged was not drive-able. Triple A towed it. My son had to drive up from our home and we had to load everything into his car. The staff at the desk was so understanding and patient when I explained my dilemma. So appreciated and so helpful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to several issues that cropped up. The room was fine and spacious. No major issues, although both treadmills being broken was surely frustrating.

As indicated by many guest the outside property could use some updating and maintenance but the inside iswell maintained and clean. Room Halls carpet could be updated. Room had all whatwelook for inour stays,a mic, a refrig. AC worked great as we need it quite cold. And big part. Our flights weredelayedand didnt arrive til 1am and called the hotel and they arrived to pick us up with 10 minutes. Excellent stay. As the old adage states: Don't judge a book by it's cover.
