Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom barn door not functioning and slippery shower design. Restaurant was very good. Parking was awkward and designed poorly. 2nd room given was clean and comfortable.

Far from Bergen, this is a tour bus and conference hotel. If you need to be near the airport, it’s fine. Otherwise it costs $60- (USD) for an Uber to get into the city. The tram is a 15 minute walk away, costs $5- and takes 45 minutes to get into the city. You wouldn’t want to walk with luggage.

The property location is close to airport and very convenient if you have a rental car or are okay walking 5-7min to public transportation. The hotel is close to Grieg’s house and Laguna Mall. The kids missed breakfast due to time zone and Anika went above and beyond to fix a travel box for the kids. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful of families. Thank you!

We were not given the large room we had deliberately booked, so 2 stars down just for that. The hotel is designed for conferences and large corporate events. During our stay it was virtually empty. In the lobby there are plenty of large, modern and uncomfortable chairs and sofas. I did not find somewhere relaxing to sit, certainly not in the room either. Breakfast was good and staff always had a smile.

The staff were very nice and breakfast was great. However we needed a refrigerator for medical reasons but the refrigerators don’t cool lower than room temperature. The staff was kind about it but it shouldn’t be listed on the ad if they don’t work. We also found the beds uncomfortable, and the main elevator only worked in one direction.

The hotel was great, no elevator to the 6th floor so I had to walk from 5th up the stairs. Which is fine except when I first arrived and the key card didn't work and I had to go back down again with luggage to correct it. Parking was also a bit distant considering rain

This place is honestly one of the best spots we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was incredible, and the rooms are perfect. We will always stay here on any trip to Bergen. I highly recommend this to anyone!
