It's a good hotel with helpful staff, but parking is paid, and public transportation is a bit of a walk.

From the moment we walked in staff were really friendly and nice, the room itself was perfectly sized and was extremely tidy. Both breakfast and dinner at this hotel were 10/10. Will be coming back again!

Comfortable overnight stay

The buffet breakfast was nice, on the 5th floor where one could get a nice view of the surrounding neighborhood. The presence of a supermarket next door was also nice. But it is a long 30 min walk from the train station, the rain doesn't help, and really not near the shops and sights.

Loved the hotel and location. The hotel restaurant's food was very good. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. Staff were exceptional. The room was very nice and the view was absolutely stunning. There was a supermarket right in the same parking lot which was very very convenient. I wish there was a shuttle bus because the walk up the steep hill with suitcases were a workout. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

Downside: The room was lacking in plug sockets, we only had a double socket by the window but because we are from UK and need to use adaptor plug it then meant we couldn't use the 2 Nd socket as blocked by adapter. Would be helpful to have plug sockets or charging point for phone by bedside

First time at a magic hotel. The lights and carpeting in the lobby are cool and interesting, but so much blue LED light is a little unnerving, I dunno. I liked it just maybe not the best fit me at my age. Staff was really nice, but the espresso machine at breakfast was broken, the one in the lobby was not, yet when I asked for a coffee at check out i was encouraged to have a brewed coffee, not a huge problem, but could have been better.

Veldig bra, med småpirk

Veldig enkelt og bra. God frokost og fin utsikt. Burde vært bedre informasjon om at det fantes parkeringshus under hotellet. Også litt rart at det kostet mer å stå på hotellet sine plasser. I tillegg rart med reklame på musikken i restauranten, men ellers var oppholdet veldig bra.

Hotell i utkanten av Bergen centrum

Jag och min sambo bodde här i 2 nätter under vår vistelse i Bergen. Hotellet ligger en bit avsides, en kort (men vacker) promenad längs vattnet och man är i centrum. Till Bergen Bryggen var det ca. 40 min promenad. Vi upplevde under vårt besök varierade kvalitet på personalen i receptionen, en herre som inte var särskilt serviceinriktad medan andra som var mycket trevliga och behjälpliga. Rummet var, trots värmebölja, svalt och fläkt fanns att låna gratis i receptionen. Frukosten var generellt mycket bra, däremot blir det väldigt varmt i lokalen. Fin utsikt från takvåningen.

Litt slitent hotell, men rent og med hyggelig personale. Vi var der under hetebølgen og det var uutholdelig varmt. Personalet gjorde som best de kunne, og vi fikk tilslutt låne en liten bordvifte som gjorde at vi holdt ut. Grei beliggenhet og grei frokost.

Negativt: kjøleskapet i restauranten var defekt, så det var et dårlig middagsutvalg den første kvelden. Men det vi spiste var godt. Klimaanlegget fungerte dårlig på rommet. Det var en dag TV’en ikke fungerte. Resten var bra!
