The Moxy has a great position by the harbour and it’s particularly good if you can secure a sea view which we did. Rooms are great and very clean. The hotel is just on the edge of town so easily walkable but the tram stop is very nearby total you into the centre. I just love the decor and quirkiness of the Moxy brand and this does not disappoint. Not cheap though considering it’s the cheaper end of the Marriott brand. Choice of food could be a little wider but appreciate it’s not a restaurant as such but one or two extra choices such as a pasta and/or rice dish would have been good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very interesting hotel with many excellent features plus terrific staff. Rooms are spacious, beds soft and warm. Breakfast area clean and bright with a good range of fresh foods. Position suited us perfectly being on the waterfront,it reminded me of Darling Harbour in Sydney. Excellent place to stay.
