This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Has a hostel type atmosphere but you still get private rooms and bathroom. It was the exact perfect place to stay.

The rooms were spacious enough and clean. It was a self-check in and checkout process, but the staff was helpful when I had trouble with checking in using the machine. Near to the tram and bus station. Very close to the city center.

Prices are competitive for the hotel type. They offered us at checking a bigger room for the price that we paid. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. There are no amenities, and the breakfast was not included. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay at this hotel.

Small but clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast at the restaurant below for a fair price. Possible to travel to Bergen Center easily with public transport. This is a very nice low budget hotel with a restaurant connected. Checking in and out was easy with machines, and there was always staff for help. The hotel was in a good location close to tram 1 that goes to the airport and to the city centre. The only minus was that my window was facing a big street, and early in the morning they started some construction work.

the day we stayed in this hotel was very hot. there is no ac, so we ask if the window can be opened. Unfortunately the window cannot be opened in our room due to some security issue. We asked if can get a fan and was told they will keep the only fan to their worker because they do not want to be impolite to their coworker. So we do not have fan either. what a ridiculous answer!!!!! we are their customer. the room was very hot, no AC, no window can be open. no choice to change room. wow, what a great customer service!!!!! will not come back again and definitely bad review.
