Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room did not match the details or the listing shown on the Expedia booking site. The photos of the room did not correspond to the actual situation and had evidently been generated by AI. There was also significant noise disturbance: from the adjoining kitchen and other rooms on one hand, and from the nearby road on the other. Soundproofing was virtually non-existent. Noise from other guests started as early as 5:30 AM and continued late into the night. Furthermore, the room's curtain did not close fully, allowing too much light in from outside. Bathroom facilities were shared with four other rooms, resulting in long waits for the shower in the morning. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to the noise and light in the room, forcing me to book alternative accommodation for my fellow travelers. I reported these issues immediately to both the host and Expedia, but no action was taken. Additionally, the host was difficult to reach by phone.
