worst stay ever

We booked a room for one night and was a night that I will try to forget. The room heating wasn't working, the AC did not worked on heating . We had to sleep 3 people in one bad to get warmed since the temperature in the room was around 16 C. Maybe in the summer when is warm outside the location will be good but in January stay away from it.

Good location, but close to a church which bells ring at 8 in the morning and wake you up. Moreover, when it was raining an ongoing loud noice from the water falling from the roof was quite frustrating. Forgot my wallet at the room in the morning and realized it two hours later. Called the reception three times and the said that they checked the room but didn’t find anything. I’m sure I forgot it there so probably the cleaning people took it, which I find so bad… I don’t care about the money in it but would really have liked to get my cards back.

Atendimento e sistema péssimo e tenebroso

PÉSSIMO sistema de checkin e atendimento. Não há uma recepção ou alguma pessoa responsável. Eu e meu esposo chegamos até o local e mal tinha uma placa com o nome da empresa. O portão estava trancado e precisava de código para digitar. Necessitamos pedir ajuda de um vizinho que passava por ali no momento. Ele ligou do celular dele para um número pequeno que estava na frente. Aí descobrimos que precisava fazer o checkin online pra darem o código do portão, quarto e etc. Estava MUITO frio na rua. Aí depois da ajuda, um numero de whatsapp veio falar comigo e passar as informações, até que depois de muito custo, conseguimos entrar. A limpeza estava bem feita e o quarto era confortável, pelo menos. Até que depois começou a bater na nossa janela uma outra hóspede russa que não tinha internet e estava com o mesmo problema nosso. Eu falei pra pessoa "responsável" no whatsapp que havia outra hospede lá precisando de ajuda e ele simplesmente disse pra eu ajudar ela porque não tinha ninguém pra ir lá. Fiquei compadecida da mulher e tive que fazer o checkin e todo o procedimento pra ela, tarde da noite já. NUNCA MAIS PISO NESSE LOCAL!

Das Zimmer 101 entspricht nicht den gezeigten der Bildern, das Badezimmer ist voll mit Schimmel, die Badewanne hat einen Hick das mit einem Badetuch verdeckt wurde, der Spiegel war nicht sauber. Der Boden des Zimmers ist tapeziert und überall hat es Flecken. An den Wänden ist teils die Farbe weg und wurde in einer anderen Farbe übermalt. Unter dem Bett gab es Spinnennetze. Am Bett war ein voll verdreckter Gestell Überzug. Alls ich fragte ob es ein andere Zimmer gäbe war die Antwort nein am nächsten morgen hab ich aber gesehen dass, das Zimmer neben an frei war und genau den Werbe Fotos entsprach. Meine Erfahrung war sehr schlecht, i habe vor im Juli zurück nach Bergamo zu reisen, dieses Hotel kommt für mich auf keinen fall in frage.

Il n y a personne sur place , tout est super compliqué . Rien pour se garer devant . On doit remplir un fichier informatique , tout en anglais , mettre son numéro de carte , ses pièces d'identités . On a galéré , on comprenais rien et il n'y avait pas de bonne connexion . La chambre est sale ( rideau , ect ) . Il y a des fourmis dans la salle de bains . Je précise que je suis la plupart du temps super satisfait des hôtel mais la plus jamais . Je n'avais pas vu que c'était un accueil dématérialisé et c'est juste horrible .

Tout se fait à distance online. J adhère totalement à la modernité et technologie mais vous devez tout faire vous même et personne pour vous aider, conseiller ou répondez à vos questions. Vous discutez juste avec un système. Vous devez lire chaque ligne en détails pour ne rien perdre des informations. 🤔 La chambre était propre mais sans plus, le complexe est à peine entretenu. Par exemples: ● l eau de la douche et de l évier stagnait. Personne à qui pouvoir le signaler. Mes mails fut sans réponses. ● Il y a une possibilité de se garer dans la propriété , mais aucune information.. le lendemain je reçoit un mail me signifant que le parking ds la propriété est payant ... Tout cela en Anglais. ● je n ai pas su payer ma taxe de séjours car personne de présent et ce jour je reçois un mail en Anglais qui m explique que je dois la payer via un formulaire etc.... Pourquoi ne pas la payer directement lors de la réservation online? Toutes les informations sont en Anglais via mail centralisé 😮 Déçu alors que l endroit est magnifique et d une excellente opportunité.

Perfect and worth the money

The room was well over my expectations! Firstly, it is just a very short walk away from the funicular up the upper city and the bus station. Very convenient indeed. You’ll also feel very safe because there is a password gate around the property. My room and the bathroom is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Exactly like I’m the photos provided by the hotel. There’s a bathtub to enjoy a nice bath. The air-conditioner is quiet, the hair dryer is new and powerful. Just a small negative aspect: there are loud motor vehicles constantly whirring down the road outside the property, and the vintage door is not very sound-proof. It gets quiet after 12am, but if you want to sleep early but are easily awakened by noises, please have this in mind.

Une bonne adresse

Les débuts ont été compliqués, nous sommes arrivés un jour férié et le checking est dématérialisé donc on nous a répondu une fois sur deux au téléphone pour nous donner les instructions et vous envoyer les liens. Une fois arrivés, tout s'est très bien passé. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour dans l'hôtel et l'hôtesse a été très arrangeante.

Prima del mio arrivo ho chiamato la struttura per avvertire del mio arrivo e per avere informazioni per come entrare in hotel. Mi hanno detto che le istruzioni comprese di un codice per aprire fisicamente porta d'entrata, erano state inviatemi con e-mail in una determinata ora. Ho fatto presente che non avevo ricevuto email nell'ora che mi hanno dato e se gentilmente potevano semplicemente farmi conoscere il codice d'entrata per telefono. Ho avuto risposta negativa e così ho dovuto prenotare altro albergo. La mia recensione a riguardo non può che essere negativa.

Great location (only a few steps away from the funicular that takes you to the old city). Very affordable too considering the area, however we were left down by the difficulty in entering the property (we had to wait nearly 2 hours and it's really hard to contact them by phone. Also, the room wasn't very clean and there is an additional eur 10 for the parking which was not clear from the Expedia listing.

The suite and the property are beautiful. The location is great.Just a short walk to the Funicular which takes you up to the old city. Check in was not as easy - it is not intuitive how to get into the property. I was disappointed that the property comes up in Expedia when you filter for free parking, but you actually have to pay 10 Euros a day to park. I tried to explain this to the man that checked us in, but he did not understand. I did receive an email before we arrived that clearly stated that we had to pay for parking.

Nice and peaceful place in a great location

Ramé Suites is situated in a perfect area. It is only 1 minute walk to the funicular to go to the Citta Alta. And 10 minutes walk ti the Citta Bassa. Even though the place is located on a busy street, at night you wont hear a lot of noise in the room. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

great stay, worth the price

it was a great stay, regret that only for a day. We got superb room (very spacious, high ceiling, nice decor) with coffee machine, small fridge, window blinds. What could be improved is a bathroom -especily the shower quality. Close to a bus stop, the funicular (old town), walking distance to the new city.
