Had a good amount of interesting clay art. We had palm island room. The room is spacious with king size bed; adjoining was a very large dressing room and bathroom. Wooden floors. It was very functional.

A lovely quiet hotel tucked up in the hills but with an excellent and reliable free shuttle several times a day to Port Elizabeth. We had a clean and spacious traditional Caribbean style room. The free breakfast was good and you could pay more for extras. I would happily stay again.

The website builds expectations with the offer of services no longer provided and shows a level of appointments that do not exist. This being said the views are great and the rooms present well with a good mix of an older and newer architecture. The grounds are well maintained. What stands out is how friendly the staff is and how helpful they are. Everyone was great but Glen, Sophie and Lanie stand out. Glen especially is tremendously helpful, thoughtful and courteous. Really the go to guy.

Outstanding staff. I didn't really need help with anything, but I saw they were helping many other guests with myriad transport issues. Oh, and compliments to the chef! It's not a convenient walk to downtown/beach, but they offer free shuttles back and forth roughly every 2-4 hours.

For a small hotel the staff, facilities and rooms have so much to offer. It’s not a mainstream hotel so the rooms are very Caribbean and traditional style but it adds so much to your experience. The chef and staff are beautiful, me and partner wanted to invite the chef back to the uk, such incredible flavours come from the kitchen. Definitely had the best sleep ever, the Bequia suite is amazing! me and my partner will be coming back yearly to visit family in Saint Vincent and agreed we can’t wait to come back Bequia and revisit the hotel. Even our daughter tells everyone about it, such a great place for a family experience.

I really liked this property because it is a hidden gen for a beautiful secluded getaway. It is quiet and up in the mountains with a remarkable view!!! The chef at the restaurant was so good we decided to have all our meals there even though we could have eaten elsewhere the second day. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location for a honeymoon couple.

Loved the staff. Glenn, the manager, was always available for anything we needed. The pool is just right forcooling off after enjoying the ever-present sun. The view is spectacular. Its just a short ride to town with its little shops and lots of restaurants and bars. I will definitely be going back.

I completely enjoyed my stay at Spring Hotel in every way. The staff are wonderful. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay there. The rooms and bedding were impeccable, I couldn’t have been happier. There is a bus the manager Glen gives rides on a regular schedule in and out of town and he will go out of his way to take you to different beaches etc. that are not on the normal route. It’s lovely place with lovely people I highly recommended Spring Hotel.

Our first interaction with the driver was nice who picked us up from the ferry. The room looked just like the picture on the website.We stayed in the original hotel which has wonderful a ambiance. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. The view is beautiful, the food from the restaurant was always on point.You can walk from the hotel into town and take the shuttle back at the set times or if up to more exercise you can walk back, it takes about 30minutes both ways. The amenities they advertise were a nice addition if you plan to stay there and not travel to town.We will book again and recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful experience we were truly spoiled.

The property's pictures protrayed a beach front and this was not the case. THIS PICTURE SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! The property was 2 and a half minute drive up a hill. On arrival we were escorted to our rooms and given a tour of the property, the pool was merky, the AC wasnt working and it took them from 12noon until 7pm to have the problem rectified. No proper drainage in the bathroom so the water in the shower was backing up. The breakfast was extremely limited each day we were given scambled egg, bake beans, cucumber, tomatoes, bread and toast tea and juice everything else had to be paid for. There was no garbage cans in the rooms we had to walk with our garbage daily to the parking lot to throw it away. There was also no daily room service. Generally the staff was friendly.
