My only real disappointment was finding out there wasn't a workout room. My daughter needed to keep her XC workouts going while we were away. Staff was great. Especially a man named Jonathan. Always welcoming and smiling and ready to help qith everything we needed.

Great stay

From the friendly clerk at the desk to our check out 2 days later, everything went smoothly and couldn’t have been better. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and fresh. We would definitely stay here again. As for the people complaining about breakfast, we found that what they had put out was very good and fresh. No complaints from us there.

Staff was excellent. They were pleasant and happy to help. Front desk worked diligently to fix the problem when my reservation from a travel site didnt show up in their computer and even checked me in early because i had mis read the email confirmation. I would stay again

My only complaint was that I booked through hotel.com and I needed some questions answered. Every number I called I was greeted with AI It was so frustrating! Took a bit, but finally got straighten out. Hotel was great!

The rooms and beds were smaller than the pictures made them look. The queen bed seems like an oversized twin bed, not even a full size.

We Would Definitely Stay Again

This place was perfect for our needs. It was well mantined and very clean. Bright, clean, and modern. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Their "grab and go breakfast" was well stocked with muffins, bagels, juice, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and oatmeal. The location was perfectly located near downtown Bentonville, the airport, and restaurants. We had a problem with the door shower not sealing, and the staff was quick to respond. We were not in town long enough to try the pool, but it looked very nice and good size.

Very small rooms and while it has been renovated, it is predominantly with new paint. The air unit was dirty and very old, the elevator was clearly old and it still has the smell of an older hotel.

Room: chair to sit in was a metal lawn chair-no coffee maker-no microwave-Beds were good Service: They did not pick up our towels or trash or make our bed. When told about that, after having to go get towels for the next day, the lady said she would knock off some because of it. Next morning, different lady at desk said they only did room service every other day. When asked where I would have found out about that, she said it was in my bookings.com. It was not. It said they cleaned rooms each day. Air conditioner was normal but without it on fan all night, it would have been very noisy with traffic. Price was good but I will never stay there again. I’ve had nicer for about the same money.

I reserved 5 rooms for a small choir group. Coming out of the car into fierce winds and rain, we hurried to the hotel entrance, only to find a door that did not immediately open! Had to wait a few moments, with arms of luggage, for the door to open. Need to fix that.The check-in went very well. I didn’t know until after checkout that one of our couples had to ask for another room, because the sink didn’t drain well, and the shower didn’t work. When moved to another room, they had no lights. The lamps couldn’t be plugged in because they were no outlets in appropriate places in the room. I don’t generally turn in negative comments, and I’d like to use this hotel again because it had a good price. It was clean, nice staff, & conveniently located, but has a few things to be corrected.

Con: No vent in the bathroom therefore the room was damp all night and our clothes felt damp like we had been in a light rain. No vent in the bathroom breeds so much mold, etc. Pro: Employees were very nice. Bed was comfy and room was quiet.
