Overall the property served it purpose for my needs. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, and the shower had hot water. The check in and check out process were smooth. However, the room smelt like cigerette smoke, there were flies all over the room, and the floors/tables/chairs were all dirty. I think with a little TLC and attention to cleaning details, this could be so much better.

Great, quiet, comfortable place to stay!

We were very happy with our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and met all of our needs. As a little motel, it was excellent! An unexpected find, making our visit to our daughter comfortable without breaking the budget.
