Great lil place

Nice little old Motel that has been fully renovated. Very affordable I stayed and two places near by for double the price and this was the better of either of them. Highly recommend for budget minded people.

Room was very clean, as were bath linens and sheets. Only thing needing attention was the rim ABOVE the tub enclosure! I would definitely stay there again!

Pleasantly surprised. This place is the best value we've found in fayetteville. There are many nicer hotels but we saved $220 off are normal place. The property is not fancy it looks newly renovated though and cleaniness was excellent. We will stay here again.

Clean!!

Nice updated property, 1 king bed very clean room, comfortable bed, pillows, nice linens, towels & cloths. Shower was better than most lodging places, shower head was good for tall people, and was not one of those water-saver things that stings you with needle-sharp water spray, that was a nice change from most lodging showers nowadays. No complaints on the room, we would stay there again if in the area.

Check in was mediocre. The man at the front desk seemed very inconvenienced that were checking in. Later we realized we were never given the WiFi password, and when we called and asked for the password, the man rambled it off super fast, and when we asked him to slow down so we could write it down, he yelled “it’s not that F-ing hard” and hung up on us. The property itself is in a rather convenient location, but the owners make you feel so unwelcome there.

One improvement would get 5 stars on my stay

No problems. Friendly staff. Only 4 stars due to lack of power outlets for charging my devices. Many motels have updated their lamps with the convenience. I had end room exposing me to the loud interstate traffic noise at nite.

Well, the room was nice.

The room was great! Modern and clean. The downside was the traffic noise. Right next to the busy interstate, and we are not used to that. Also, the check-in guy was very curt, didn't smile once, and that was a very disappointing start to our stay. We didn't feel welcomed at all.
