Great location for families . Balcony has great views. You are mins from shops, beach and food. Breakfast isnt anything special (bagels, pancakes, muffins , cereal) and presidential suite only had 1 tv. Parking was okay but can get busy.

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of the beach, which was very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. The bar was also a great spot, with a super nice and welcoming bartender. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our visit. One area that could use some attention is the hallway—the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, as the patching is quite noticeable and doesn’t look very polished. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great location!

It was about what I expected with the reviews I had read. But I loved the location and the room was good. No problems were encountered so it fit what we needed for the trip. It’s an average hotel. It great location and you can walk to town and enjoy all of the shops and restaurants And a park and the riverwalk is right behind the hotel.
