O anúncio diz ter ar condicionado, porém trata-se de um ar condicionado central a qual você não controla a temperatura. Em dado momento liguei e ao invés de resfriar o quarto o mesmo esquentou muito, pois no momento estava no modo aquecimento (sem opções de alterar).

O Dallonder Grande Hotel é um daqueles lugares que unem charme, tradição e conforto. O hotel é antigo, lindo e muito bem conservado, algo que nós adoramos. Já nos hospedamos em praticamente todas as categorias de quartos ao longo de mais de 13 anos de visitas, desde o Quarto Luxo até a Suíte Executiva, e sempre tivemos ótimas experiências. A piscina é maravilhosa, com hidromassagem e água sempre quentinha, perfeita para relaxar. O café da manhã é excelente, muito farto, variado e com ótima qualidade. Um destaque especial para os manobristas, sempre muito queridos e atenciosos, especialmente o rapaz de São Gabriel (ele vai saber quem é! 😄) e o Sr. Argentino. Também deixamos nosso carinho para a moça da piscina, sempre muito gentil e atenciosa. Tivemos também a oportunidade de conhecer a querida professora de natação Denise, uma pessoa muito carismática, gentil e de conversa agradável. Foi um dos encontros especiais que nossa passagem pelo hotel nos proporcionou. Como sugestão de melhoria, apenas a recepção ficou um pouquinho abaixo do padrão de carinho e atenção que encontramos nos demais setores do hotel. Nada que tenha comprometido nossa estadia, mas talvez tenha faltado um atendimento mais acolhedor. E, curiosamente, durante nossa estadia só vimos homens na equipe da recepção. 😄 No geral, mais uma excelente experiência. É sempre um prazer retornar ao Dallonder e criar novas lembranças nesse lugar tão especial. Certamente voltaremos! ❤️

Tivemos uma excelente experiência no Tri Hotel Vitória, em Bento Gonçalves. O hotel é moderno, muito confortável e está muito bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade, o que facilita bastante os passeios e deslocamentos. A piscina e a hidromassagem são um grande diferencial, sempre muito bem aquecidas, perfeitas para relaxar após um dia de passeios. Um carinho especial para a Ana, extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, tanto pelo WhatsApp quanto pessoalmente. Seu atendimento faz o hóspede se sentir realmente bem-vindo. Também deixamos nossos elogios ao rapaz e às meninas da recepção, sempre simpáticos, educados e dispostos a ajudar. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, muito farto, variado e com excelente qualidade. Da mesma forma, todos os funcionários com quem tivemos contato foram muito gentis e atenciosos. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo cuidado e dedicação. Foram dias muito agradáveis, e certamente o Tri Hotel Vitória estará entre nossas opções quando voltarmos a Bento Gonçalves.

Hotel bem localizado, foi todo reformado. Ótimo custo benefício, equipe de funcionários prestativa e bem educada. Quarto bom, cama confortável. Chuveiro razoável pois é elétrico mas atende bem. Café da manhã bem farto e variado apesar de ser simples. A única coisa é que tinha um barulho bem chato no quarto que acho que era da tubulação do ar condicionado mas a equipe demonstrou que poderíamos trocar de acomodação.
