Great location and we stayed at the first floor, but the city on the hill, so the city view was pretty good. The room is spacious. No body speaks english and every time when you leave the hotel you need to hand the room key to the front dest. No kettle in the room, so you have to go to lobby to get hot water for your tea. Breakfast buffet was decent, but they are not allowed to bring anything back to the room.

Hall de entrada muito bonito e acolhedor. Os funcionários são educados e solícitos. O quarto e o banheiro são muito espaçosos. A cama e os travesseiros são confortáveis, e as roupas de cama estavam em bom estado geral. Porém, a fronha apresentava sujeira, e também havia uma mancha no teto do quarto 302, próxima ao detector de fumaça, aparentando resquício de algum produto. A água do chuveiro é excelente. As toalhas, no entanto, são muito finas, e o banheiro não possui ducha higiênica. O café da manhã é muito bom, embora tenha pouca variedade. O hotel também oferece estacionamento gratuito. O que mais incomodou foi o barulho dos carros passando na rua. Apesar de a rua em si ser silenciosa, o ruído dos veículos acaba atrapalhando.

Hotel com bom custo beneficio. Muito limpo e quarto bem espaçoso. Chuveiro delicioso, bem localizado. O que não gostamos foi que na saida nos cobraram uma água e um chocolate (18,00) que não haviam sido consumidos por nós. Ficamos chateados, mas pagamos pra não se alongar na discussao. Nem mexemos no frigobar. Achei uma desorganização tremenda e ficou uma situação muito constrangedora.

Ótima opção a um custo acessível

Hotel bem localizado e com boa estrutura! Um pouco antigo, mas que atende muito bem às necessidades dos hóspedes! Quartos amplos e confortáveis! Pecam no básico

O quarto escolhido foi confortável e a localização é boa. As funcionarias da cozinha são prestativas e competentes. O café da manhã é simples, mas respondeu às espectativas (pois havia frutas, omelete e sucos). Porém o ponto baixo do hotel consiste no arendimento dado a portaria. Ficamos por cinco dias tendo que descer ni frio e na chuva para abrirem o portao da garagem. Mesmo buzinando (de leve para nao atrapalhar os de ais hóspedes), nunca abriam o portão, mesmo com uma camera apontada para essa entrada. A senhora que normalmente comanda esse setor, sempre estava de bate papo e dizia que nao tinha visto (detalhe: estava acompanhada de minha mãe idosa correndo riscos sozinha no automovel para chamar alguém para abrir o portão). E olha que saíamos de manha e só voltavamos ao final da tarde ou cedo da noite. Nem a vista bonita do quarto mais caro, valem esses transtornos. Nao indico pra ninguém.

Equipe que trabalha no local muita simpática, receptiva e eficiente. Ótimo quarto, espaçoso, limpo com tudo funcionando bem !! Apenas uma sugestão caso haja possibilidade de realização para melhorar ainda mais o local, nos apartamentos que ficam próximo a avenida ,seria ideal que tivessem isolamento a acústico ,devido aos carros que passam na avenida, deixando assim os quartos mais silenciosos.

Bom custo x benefício

Gostei da estadia. Foram 4 diárias agradáveis e sem contratempos. Os funcionário são prestativos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia melhorar. Há varios restaurantes e cafés nas proximidades, e mesmo a noite é bem tranquilo. O quarto que fiquei era enorme. O hotel é antigo, e isso tem suas vantagens como quartos maiores, mas tambem em alguns pontos, necessitam de melhorias. Foi uma boa escolha.

Muito bom

O hotel e bem antigo, o que se nota pelos espelhos dos interruptores, pelo banheiro bem simples e tambem pelo espaco dos quartos. Devia ter cerca de 40 m2, com cama de casal e solteiro, armários, uma mesinha com duas cadeiras, frigobar. O cafe é bom. O carro fica estacionado na frente do prédio ao ar livre, não deve ser bom em dia de chuva. O atendimento no chech in foi demorado pois a atendente estava em treinamento. Ela podia ser treinada sem a necessidade de os clientes ficarem esperando. Mas fora isso tudo foi bom. O hotel fica num bairro tranquilo, com varios restaurantes e bares na quadra seguinte.
