O hotel é bem conservado, com uma bela recepção e ótima localização. É um hotel que já conhecíamos. Reservamos com antecedência e pagamos quase o dobro do valor da diária que estava sendo praticada quando chegamos, por um quarto muito pequeno. Ao realizar o check-in, comentei a situação com o recepcionista e nos foi disponibilizado um quarto duplo, ou seja, tivemos acesso a dois quartos interligados por uma porta. Foi interessante, pois tivemos mais espaço para distribuir a bagagem e pudemos usar dois banheiros, o que foi bastante cômodo, apesar de os banheiros serem muito pequenos e o chuveiro deixar a desejar. A roupa de cama, as toalhas e os edredons disponíveis nos dois quartos eram de boa qualidade e cheirosos. O hotel disponibiliza uma bela academia climatizada, com equipamentos de qualidade, toalhas e bebedouro. O café da manhã é muito bom, tendo como diferencial a grande variedade de pães, bolos, frios e frutas, todos produtos de qualidade. O estacionamento com manobrista é cobrado à parte. Utilizei o serviço de lavanderia, que foi bastante rápido, e as roupas retornaram muito bem lavadas e cheirosas.

Equipe educada, especialmente o Thiago, quem nos recebeu no momento do check-in. No geral a estadia foi muito boa, mas alguns pontos podem ser melhorados. Pouca variedade nos itens do café da manhã, principalmente para uma estadia de 5 noites. Itens básicos como pão e pão de queijo precisam ser melhorados. O secador do quarto estava com defeito, logo que esquentava parava de funcionar e mesmo com a minha informação na recepção o hotel não providenciou o conserto ou a substituição. No primeiro dia ignorou meu pedido, no segundo dia me emprestou outro quarto para eu terminar de secar o cabelo, mas o correto seria terem corrigido o problema.
