Tivemos problema com as chaves digitais que não abria, nos forçando em mais de uma vez a irmos até a recepção pra que o problema fosse sanado; assim como o ar condicionado, na última noite, ficou pingando pra dentro do quarto, obrigando-nos a ter que desligar, pois estava criando uma 'cachoeira' no quarto, por ser madrugada, avaliamos que seria mais custoso solicitar a troca do que dormirmos sem o ar. No mais o hotel é bem localizado, possui um bom café da manhã; as equipes da recepção, café da manhã e limpeza são prestativas e atenciosas.
