Great stay

Friendly staff, excellent location and breakfast, great bed, shower, silence, room temperature and cleaness. Garage was safe and flexible for self parking but with limited space for larger vehicles.

Atendimento excelente, desde o check in, mimo de Páscoa no quarto no domingo quando retornamos do passeio e acomodação top. Duas ressalvas: o box do banheiro precisa de reformas no piso, já reclamei no ano passado. E outra situação, ficamos no andar da academia: faz muito barulho a esteira e dá pra ouvir nos quartos e no andar de baixo também. Mas, apesar disso, quando voltarmos a Bento (amamos a cidade) pela terceira vez, ficaremos no Lagheto Bento.

Bom mas pode melhorar muito !

Achei que o hotel deixou a desejar na limpeza, a TV não estava funcionando , e as banheiras que são de uso coletivo não tem nenhuma organização para o uso ,os hóspedes entram e ficam a noite inteira sem se importarem com os demais . Deveria ter um tempo de uso por pessoa na mknga opinião.

Hotel na média. Instalações condizentes com hotel 3 estrelas. Café da manhã com muitas opções mas precisaria melhorar a qualidade, por exemplo dos pães e bolos. Pãozinho seco, pão colonial também meio ressecado. Bolos estilo comercial tipo de supermercado. O atendimento da recepção e do café é muito bom! O quarto que ficamos era bem espaçoso, porém banheiro com possível problema no ralo do chuveiro, pois a água empoçava demais, acumulando muito, o que é bem desagradável e anti-higiênico. No mais, nos serviu bem para o pequeno período, até pela ótima localização, mas sugerimos melhorar e atualizar as instalações e dar um upgrade na qualidade dos itens do café.

Por tudo que demonstrava no site, achei razoável. O suporte de toalha rosto estava solto, caindo toda vez que usava para secar o rosto ou escovar os dentes. As tomadas ao lado da cama havia uma dupla que funcionava somente um bico, e a outra tomada que não funcionava, além do “serviço de manobra” que avisaram a gente quando chegamos no hotel que era $35 reais, mas não avisaram que era cobrado por dia e isso não dizia também na descrição do anúncio, tendo que pagar mais 100 reais em estacionamento.
