The "Deluxe" room I was given was not good at all, the window faced a wall - absolutely no view, of anything. Just a wall. The overall look was tired and depressing. Fortunately the staff at the reception - especially Patrick - did their absolute best to find a solution for us, I really appreciated their care and attention: they saved the day. In the end all was ok, the breakfast was also good. But I will say: the common areas and facilities are fine, but the room is absolutely not what I would expect for a four star hotel.

Café da manhã às 9h estava bem cheio… um pouco muvuca. Infelizmente ficamos na ala velha do hotel, quartos muito antigos, banheiro com portas estradadas, o regulador de água quente fica fora do box… alguns detalhes que diria ser falta de capricho… mas como fui só para dormir o que valeu foi as camas boas e o banho. Porém se você for exigente pode não gostar … fiquei uns dias no outro Dall’Onder e a experiência foi bem melhor (café, quartos, recepção)

Cheguei às 13:30 para tentar fazer check-in mais cedo pra estava em um evento e não queria chegar após o jantar, então passei para deixar as malas. A melhor parte do hotel, certamente, é a infraestrutura e o café da manhã. O hotel não é inteiramente reformado, reservando em outros aplicativos, frequentemente os quartos destinados são os mais velhos e em andares mais baixos. Tudo ocorreu bem na nossa estadia.
