Best location but outdated rooms

This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night.

Fiquei 5 diárias, dois quartos pra 5 pessoas. Dois dias não deixaram toalhas. Outro dia não tinha pão francês no café da manhã e a responsável pelo mesmo foi grossa e ríspida qd questionada. Um dia não arrumaram o quarto. Arranharam a traseira do meu carro no estacionamento. Foram tantos problemas que desisti de reclamar novamente. Falei com o gerente, por celular no terceiro dia, o qual foi muito educado. No penúltimo dia, nos ofereceram um upgrade de quarto, recusei devido a logística ruim e pelo pouco tempo q seria. Uma pena.
