Best location but outdated rooms

This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night.

Não virei fã, nem me surpreenderam! Esperava mais!

Quando cheguei não tinha uma das camas extras prontas. Solicitei e colocaram. Achei o atendimento frio, minha esposa estava de aniversário e nenhum cartão ou "mimo" foi deixado no apto. Recolhem muito cedo os produtos do café da manhã! Faltou flexibilidade no check-out! Tampa do vaso quebrado e filtros do ar condicionado sujo (tive que lavar)! Avisei o pessoal da recepção mas não tomaram providencias nestas manutenções que deveriam ser observadas "preventivamente".

Hotel segue sendo uma opção confiável, com café da manhã acima da média e uma programação bem variada para os hóspedes. Alguns pontos de atenção é a demora no atendimento no bar da piscina e a falta de um menu à la carte no restaurante para o jantar.

Ótimo hotel, melhor ainda com promoção.

Amei o hotel, o saguão é lindo, recém reformado, os quartos são meio antigos mas foram devidamente reformados também e o quarto é grande, chuveiro maravilhoso, água sempre quente (fui no inverno). O café da manhã também é excelente. Deixo como sugestão aos fim‑de‑semana encerrarem o café da manhã um pouco mais tarde, pois no sábado era 10h e já estavam guardando as comidas. Acho que não precisava repor mas ao menos deixar lá o que já estava servido pra quem estiver ainda (9:40 ainda tava cheio de hóspede no saguão do café) Outro detalhe que o manobrista deixou o volante do carro com cheiro de cigarro. Eu questionei com um rapaz na recepção e ele afirmou categoricamente que nenhum manobrista fumava, me senti uma louca né. Detalhe que todas as 3 pessoas que viajavam comigo também sentiram o cheiro assim que entramos no carro. Mas o engraçado que assim que virei as costas ele foi até o manobrista conversar cochichando (eu estava dentro do carro observando). Bem curioso isso. Enfim, só deixo registrado aqui pois caso a locadora do veículo me cobre algo sobre isso irei cobrar do Hotel. Dia 08/08 às 19:30 aproximadamente minha reclamação caso queiram investigar.

Banheiro voltando água do ralo, travesseiro sujo, barulho até 2h da manhã. Espumante de boas vindas não foi servido, na vontade no check-inn. Não voltaria. Não indicaria. Não vale os mais de 600 reais da diária.

Na chegada não havia carrinho disponível para levar as malas até o quarto. Debaixo da cama muita sujeira (tinha até um pé de meia esquecido lá ). Chuveiro não esquentava o suficiente. Corredores sem calefação (estava muito frio 6 graus). Na piscina a funcionária começou a avisar que precisava fechar (20 minutos antes do término do horário). No café da manhã, 15 minutos antes do término do horário os funcionários começaram a avisar que já iriam retirar o buffet. Na saída trouxeram o carro e não auxiliaram com as malas. Senti muito despreparo, falta de cordialidade e de gentileza dos funcionários.

O hotel atrasou o check-in do quarto; Pessimo atendimento d recepcao funcionários nao sao receptivos com hospedes. Demoraram quase 1h para liberarmos o quarto. O quarto coletivo q nos passaram as camas ficavam amontoadas sem cabeceira. Muito Desconfortante.Corredores c pouca iluminacao. A estrutura d hotel qdo s chega é muito boa porem os quartos sao antigos deixam muito a desejar. O cafe da manha é bom e com muitas variedades.

Já foi melhor ...

Cama abaixo da média. A união de duas camas pra oferecer a cama king ficou com vão e desnível. A 2.a cama de solteiro não tinha o conforto esperado (cama de armar). Alguns travesseiros eram ruins ( de flocos de espuma ) e quando pedi para trocar o recepcionista alegou que não podia pq as camareiras já haviam saído. O café da manhã era um desafio à parte, na hora de conseguir uma mesa, conseguir um prato, e chegar até a comida. Muito barulho e muita gente. Deveriam ter dois ambientes para minimizar a bagunça.
