O hotel fica na entrada do Vale dos Vinhedos, ao lado da rodovia, perto da entrada da cidade. Muito bem localizado. Dica: Peça quartos virados para os fundos do hotel que é mais tranquilo, a vista fica de frente para uma mata incrível e a entrada da rodovia do Vale dos Vinhedos.

Reservei um quarto de casal normal e fomos alocados em um com acessibilidade. Mas o problema maior era que o chuveiro não estava funcionando. Só a ducha auxiliar saía água, e acabamos tomando "banho" com a duchinha mesmo. Já tinha escutado o atendente falar para outro hóspede durante o checkin que o hotel estava completamente lotado, então pensei que nem adiantaria pedir para trocar de quarto. Como era só uma noite, ficamos assim mesmo. O box era aberto e o banheiro molhava inteiro. Um edredon "branco" horrivelmente sujo para se cobrir. Péssima experiência.

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos no hotel, mesmo mudando a rede continua bom. É um hotel bom, com bom custo-benefício, bem localizado. Café da manhã bem bom também. Equipe, mesmo em hora de muita gente no café consegue organizar e não deixa faltar nada.
