Our room was large and very beautiful. We were able to open the drapes and continue to maintain privacy. The staff was very friendly and kind; always helpful and attentitive. The pool is large and sparkling clean. I wish they had a PoshLux Hotel in Lagos. . .

The cleanness, standard and quietness remains awesome. However , the washroom has few issues like; the sink shaky, water dripping through the shower door and getting the floors wet, the shower has nothing to stable itself on and very frustrating. Overall it looks great. wash

The title is Hell no! Last year I gave them 5 stars this year things have drastically changed . Where do I start with the madness. 1. Check in they double booked my room so they had to put us in another room which they claim was an upgrade because it had a balcony. When I went there the balcony faces a solid brick wall. 2. The room was sub par to the room I booked. I know this because I spent 1 month in the room last year. I complained and they changed the room again to a slightly better room in what I call the dungeon. Trust me when I say it was giving me basement apartment vibes. No windows. The sheet was dirty and stained. I complained they came and changed the linens. 3. I ordered the complementary breakfast they told me they dont have bread for the eggs the next day 11am I asked what happened to breakfast they told me they dont have oil to fry eggs. In fact they did not have anything in the kitchen to serve. We had to order from a restaurant outside. 4. The swing pool has lizards and what look like snake on the bottom. Very dirty. The power kept going out no power for 4 hours one night we had to use our phone light to move around in the hotel room. This power outage happened 2 of the 3 nights. I was so upset that I want poshlux to clean up their act. Stop taking people if they are not ready to give the services they promised. I remember ordering fanta they say no fanta I said what about beer they dont have. Wow very disappointed poshlux in this service.

The property is clean and pleasant to stay. The dining staff and waitresses were aloof from their functions. Very noisy in the restaurant. Reception staff were great cordial and attentive to customers needs. The gate staff needs to be responsive to their functions and prospective lodgers. I also suggest that rooms could use mirrors. Only one in the bathroom and none in the bedroom for guest use. Overall, a pleasant place to stay assuming these little details are attended to.

The property did not provide washcloths. towels was limited to two. there was no microwave. one chair in the room was broken and when I requested a new one he gave me another broken chair. One side of the king size bed was broken down. The staff was very friendly and tried be accommodating. I was allowed to stay till 3 p.m. for check out after speaking to management and explaining that my flight was not leaving until 6. There was no real privacy since they did put not provide a do not disturb sign for door knob. So housekeeping came into room even after me requesting them not to enter the room when I was not there.
