Nice hotel in a good position

Nice hotel close to old town, bars, restaurants. A short walk to the beaches. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and welcoming. Good selection at breakfast.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are polite & friendly. The hotel is very clean and the dining area is very well maintained with a good selection of food. The downside to this hotel is the shaded pool area 😎

Great location close to the beach and located ideal for nightlife and Old Town. Rooms were small but beds were extremely comfy and the air con worked sufficiently too. Breakfast was below average but catered for all and the dinner had a great selection both nights. Plenty of options for all and a chocolate fountain on Saturday night.

Short break from Alicante

We only stayed one night so didn't use any of the facilities except the bedroom which was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels,soap etc. Breakfast was included and was standard buffet breakfast,plenty of choice. Hotel is very well situated for the old town and the beach

Spent a week at the Hotel Benidorm Plaza and found it to be overall an excellent hotel. The restaurant staff were outstanding with a special mention to Miguel Angel, Rocio, Mauri and Patino who were always welcoming and looked after us amazingly well. The reception staff were all excellent but again a special mention to Reguar who assisted with a late checkout. The food in the restaurant was always good with a great variety of dishes available at each mealtime. My only grumble was that the veg were a little over cooked. The hotel has a lovely pool and several terraces you can use if you are not a fan of the beach. If you do like the beach it's only a ten minute walk away. Thank you for a great stay.

Stay was good several problems in room headboard was not fixed to wall or bed so made a noise when one turned. The fridge had a constant buzz which was annoying so i pulled the plug over night. Wardrobe doors did not slide properly one would not even move did report this issue at reception on leaving room 719 overall would use the hotel again as its a central position for amenities.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended.

Top class hotel. First off, the location was excellent. Only a 5 minute walk from the Old Town and Beach. We parked on-site for €10/day, and car was right outside the front door. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was absolutely spotless, the cleaning staff do an excellent job. Room was a good size, and everything was great. Swimming pool is enclosed and heated, and was very big and everything very clean. There is a small gym in the hotel, and even high security bike storage with a full set of cycle repair tools. Breakfast was excellent. Large choice of cold meats, cheeses, fruit, cereals, pastries, cakes, and all the English cooked breakfast ingredients, everything you could want, and best of all served as buffet libre....eat as much as you want. In the evenings there is entertainment in the bar area, for example one night a singer performing various English and Spanish hits, and everyone on the dancefloor, great fun! Will definitely be returning here, and fully recommend to everyone.

Hyvä sijainti, lähellä rantaa. Siisti hotelli. Kolme toimivaa hissiä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sänky oli melko kova mutta saimme pyynnöstä petauspatjan. Huoneessa ilmastointi toimiva, tosin melko äänekäs. Riittävästi kaappitilaa mutta naulakoita toivoisi enemmän. Erillinen maksu (2€/vrk) tallelokerosta ihmetyttää. Huoneessa oli kapselikeitin muttemme sitä käyttäneet. Parvekkeelta (12.krs) hyvä näkymä meren suuntaan, myös muualle kaupunkiin. Meillä oli puolihoito, aamiainen ja illallinen, molemmat monipuolisia, maukkaita ja riittävän vaihtelevia. Toivoisimme, että vesi sisältyisi aina automaattisesti hintaan, muiden juomien maksullisuuden ymmärtää. Allasalue melko pieni mutta aurinkotuoleja oli hyvin saatavilla. Suosittelemme🙂
