Benidorm City Hotel

Not bad for a couple of days. Bedrooms clean and tidy but bathrooms desperately need updating. Breakfasts standard not much variety but sufficient. All amenities and beach nearby so well located.

Pues las comidas escasas pero buenas. Las toallas rotas, la limpieza floja , la ventana no cerraba .Tiene una buena ubicación . Espero que con la reforma mejore.

Colchones de mulles malísimos,almohadas peores, paredes sucias, habitaciones interiores claustofobicas y las q tienen terraza sucias, ventanas q no cierran..... vamos q le sobran las dos estrellas...Es un TODO VALE.FATAl.

Fit the bill

We just needed a base camp and this was ideal. Good value, great location, really helpful staff. Minutes away from Tapas Alley. Only issue was the walls are made of paper so you could hear everything. Luckily out of season and a tamer clientele! If driving plan you're parking in advance as we just winged it at a 24 hour place and got spanked for 20 euros. Take earplugs.

Usually book this hotel and it’s akways clean and friendly staff. This time when I arrived I found the door locked and advised that it’s closed. I was directed to the sister hotel just along the road. The replacement was as nice, functional and clean. I left neutral feedback as the hotel I booked was closed. But happy with the replacement.

...clearly, the owner spend lots of money to modernize the building, ashame its not maintained good nor spotless, found that cleaning not up to standards.(208) Not that i saw every room...but anyway. I may only guess, since my room with a brand new bathroom having the shower cabin falling apart and with mold everywhere in it. I found it OK for a stay up to 1 - 2 nights. Location is perfect for that amount, the front desk guys very very friendly...

This hotel does not cater well enough for single bookings They are relegated to the back of the hotel facing a courtyard which is dark and dingy. There was also construction work going on which was going ahead every morning early I had to ask to be moved and was moved to the same room on the 4th floor Whilst the room was clean, it was dark and dingy Avoid if it's a single booking.

Una mala experiencia.La puerta de la habitacion no se cierra por dentro.Al reclamar nos dijeron que eso era normal y si no que mandaban al cerrajero.Es lo mas normal estando de vacaciones.Total que entramos al hotel a las 18h y nos fuimos a las 19h.No nos devolvieron el dinero ni nos dio su nombre el encargado para hacer una reclamacion.Con servicios de ese tipo y esa educacion acabaran regalando las habitaciones.Que les vaya bonito.

Excelente hotel con una buena ubicacion en pleno centro cerca de la playa,pero lo mejor de todo sin lugar a duda la atencion al cliente,su personal que es lo que al fin y al cabo marca la diferencia en un hotel,mencion especial a los dos chicos que estuvieron cuando realize el check interesado

Literally conning people.

Very disappointed, doesn't even come close to my experience here. We booked a double room for 2 people. I arrived at the hotel and he took payment. Then told me he wanted an extra €30 for my partner. Even though we booked a double room for two people. Strange how he said this after he'd taken the majority of the cash. Feeling a little abused by this behaviour, I just requested a refund and said I'd stay elsewhere. No refunds! However insisted I pay the extra €30 for no reason at all. The hotel looks nice and clean, I never actually received a room or key so I cannot comment on that. What I can say, is be sure what you are going to have to actually pay. As this was an utter disgrace.

helt enkelt og greit...!

Helt enkelt og greit hotel,- du får det du betaler for rett og slett.. Personalet kunne ha trengt ett service-kurs,- de var lite behjelpelige og generelt sure i fjeset ovenfor oss som par. ( mulig vi ba om for mye,- veksling og kaffe for tidlig, før frokost) ellers var beliggenheten perfekt i forhold til avstand fra stranda og sentrum!
