Good choice at breakfast plus the chef prepared an excellent evening curry and the on site 'pub' provided a good alternative menu with excellent craft beers. A shopping mall in the block beneath the hotel and a separate one in the adjacent block had quality products.

Pool clean but closes before dinner, nothing to do on rooftop (no yoga sessions, no bar, can't order room service there, closed in the evening). Bedding clean but with stains. I stayed at this hotel more than 7 days and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The breakfast was exactly the same every single day with no variety at all, which became very repetitive during a long stay. Another major issue was the lack of support from the staff during checkout. They were not helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Additionally, there was a bad smell throughout the corridor during my stay, making the environment uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, service, and food variety.

They claim this to be the 5 star hotel. Other than room size, everything else is consistent with or less then par with 3 star hotel. From entry to checkin to room entry, theres zero help with luggage. At checkout, no one helped with luggage. No newspaper. No secure room for holding luggage. No helper is seen around. Claiming to be 5 star is what lured me into this hotel. It falls too short in service.

Entrance of the hotel is not easy to find, no Valet Service and Concierge Service is offered until you ask the receptionist. I stayed in loft room for 3 days and 2 nights. Room’s view was good, and the room was very spacious. But it’s AC duct had certain smell. Washrooms too were nice and spacious. However, shower area’s floor caulking on glass separation is ineffective to retain water leaking in other areas of the bathroom and it becomes a puddle. Main reason to book this place was Alt Rooftop restaurant which was a great bummer. Website didn’t mentioned it’s closed. 2nd reason was swimming pool and it was closed too. Common washroom is on the rooftop and very dirty. Staff is very helpful, although it felt employee shortage. Food is expensive and average.
