Property is clean and peaceful, and in touching distance to airport. Staff is very cooperating. Times, they delay with service, but that is a minor thing. I would recommend to friends and definitely stay again

Our driver was late and the receptionist helped contact the company, offered to book another driver for us, gave us a room key to relax while we waited and spoke great English. Very kind!

Good property. Poor check in experience

Hotel front desk tried to move us to a different hotel though they were barely booked themselves. We'd check in just before midnight. Good property. Unprofessional front desk staff post regular hours.

Lady behind the reception could not be less helpful. May be new and could not manage the stress. When asked for help with luggage, she suggested it would take 30 minutes, when bell boy was waiting and free. Washroom shower drain was completely backed up. Staff ant night was helpful.

I stayed in hotel for 15hrs .Reception guys did not give Wifi details when i check in . And reception phone 9 did not get for long time so i end up coming down and asking them details. They gave it. Informed them hand soap in the bathroom is out , asked them to refil they never did. Lunch buffet was 600Rs with very few verities. Food was not that good. But Roti was good. It is 15 min drive from airport which was very convinient for getting rest for few hours before my connecting flight

Conveniently location close to the airport. A comfortable, clean and spacious room with a king size bed. Wifi was spotty in the corner room but when connected was fast. Would recommend for short stays. Liked the floor to ceiling windows. Bathroom was nice and modern.

I reached Shivas Galaxy hotel. Told no room was available and shifted to a different hotel. Very basic room! Air conditioner was not working properly. And no locker in the room ! Overall a poor service. Would not recommend this hotel
