Good Hotel, just not the best in cleanliness and a lot of mosquitoes. Staff were faboulous just that the management have to invest a bit to fix the shower, the broken doors, the dirty chars and a few touch ups, but otherwise a good stay.

Very old property. The images shown of their property in booking sites are of their launch. Can be easily misled. However, the staff was supportive and helpful.

Average experience

The service is good, people are friendly. BUT the hotel room is old, especially the bathroom is too old. If your room is facing the main street, it will be extremely noisy!

Fire safety issues need resolving

Good stay overall. Room comfortable, gym small but nice. Didn’t use swimming pool (no loungers out by the pool). Breakfast was great. Biggest problem was that one of the fire escape routes was padlocked shut. I think there were problems with the fire escape ladder, but it was still signposted as an escape route, and the only escape route for that half of the hotel. I wouldn’t have expected this from an international hotel chain.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Firstly, the key fob provided was not working, which required multiple try before I got into the room. Additionally, the flush in the bathroom was having issues, which was an inconvenience. The property itself felt very old and in need of renovation. The flooring in my room was visibly damaged, giving the space a worn and unkempt appearance. These factors combined to create a less than satisfactory stay. While the staff was courteous and tried to assist, the state of the property and the initial hurdles left much to be desired. I hope the management takes these concerns into account to improve the guest experience in the future.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We booked three rooms for a business trip. I have stayed in hotels across many countries, and this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It certainly does not deserve four stars; the hotel needs to be shut down for renovations. We arrived around 8 PM, and the reception staff were incredibly casual and unprofessional; they were joking amongst themselves and ignoring the guests. We waited over 30 minutes, even though the rooms should have been ready long before. They completely lacked professionalism. The rooms were old—they used perfume to mask a musty odor—and everything was worn out and dirty. The bathroom was appalling, and the air conditioning wasn't working in the breakfast area; they were just using fans. Water was dripping from the ceiling in the breakfast service area—no one could even tell what kind of water it was. It absolutely does not deserve a single star.I am using Expedia for booking, when we are waiting their help bu nohink.
