⭐️ Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and stressful. It was extremely difficult to find the hotel, and I ended up spending extra money on taxis. I also had to walk for several minutes carrying large suitcases because the taxi could not take me directly to the property. When I finally arrived, I provided my passport for check-in. I was then told that they do not accept foreign guests. This was extremely frustrating, as this restriction was not clearly stated in the advertisement when I made the booking. I then had to arrange another taxi and make alternative arrangements, which turned the whole experience into a nightmare. The money still not refunded but the situation caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional taxi expenses. If the hotel does not accept foreign guests, this should be clearly stated in the advertisement before guests make a booking. This would prevent other travellers from experiencing the same disappointment and inconvenience.
