It is far from central Bangalore. Wi-Fi sucks. Food sucks. It was just a place to exist. Try something else, if you can.

Did not fit its 4-star rating

Hotel receptionist was robotic - no effort made at all to be courteous. Breakfast timing was stated as 6.30-10.30 in the website but receptionist said it's actually 7.30-9.30. Because of that, I missed breakfast on one day due to early set-off. Room-wise was disappointing due to rusty fittings and very noisy environment - traffic and wild dogs barking.

Worst hotel to stay

It was the worst hotel I have stayed so far in Bangalore. Very dirty bed with all kind of hairs visible. Comforter was having various dirty spots. When I informed the hotel manager the response was very casual. No soap in bathroom. Very noisy environment. Hotel had some kind of grinder or equipment which started quite early in the morning and sleeping was not at all possible.

Nice hotel

The positive - great breakfast buffet - staff was helpful - clean hotel - breakfast alarm The negative - bathroom tiles should have been changed - the cold water in shower turned into hot water - every time we called for roomservice ,they picked up the phone... but this once we called 3 times,but no one answered we even waited for one hour and called back, but still no answer. - we had to tell them to refill the complimentary coffe and tea bag's, and to change the towels when it was obvious that towel on floor should be changed.

Clean rooms and superb service

Very clean rooms, super friendly room service staff and good food. WiFi could be faster. There are not gym facilities. Location is a little far from the city, so if you have work in Indiranagar, don't stay here, if you have work in Electronic City it is a good location.

Good value for money hotel

My stay was for one day and it was a fairly pleasant experience. The only problem was getting here from the airport, the room service was a bit slow and I had to call multiple times for simple requests such as bottle of water. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and an acceptable bathroom. Overall, quite a bargain for its asking price!
