3/5 Stars — Convenient stay, but room maintenance and daily service need attention ​As a returning guest who has stayed at Aurum Keyes annually for the past three years, I love the convenience. The proximity to our office and having three great restaurants right in the building make it my go-to choice. However, several maintenance and service issues held this stay back: ​Daily Maintenance & Restocking: Housekeeping regularly missed basic room restocks. We were supposed to receive 4 water bottles per day, but only 2 were placed in the room, and coffee packets were often missing. This forced me to contact reception multiple times just to request basic items like water and coffee. ​Room Maintenance & Cleanliness: The shower control handle base was rusted/corroded, and the room had a noticeable smoke odor. ​Room Amenities: The in-room safe was missing its battery compartment cover, and there was no iron provided in the room. ​Services: Having an on-site laundry service would make a huge difference for business travelers. ​I really enjoy this property, and if these maintenance, restocking, and amenity gaps are addressed, Aurum Keyes easily earns a 5-star rating.
